Whispers about Delilah and Elliot was all the kids talked about.
Elliot had asked Delilah out. It had been huge gossip since he was the most popular kid in school and he was a year old than her.
Delilah knew the rumors were about her. She smiled with glee as she had become known in their school. She always had a crush on Elliot hoping he would notice her. He had, but not for the right reason.
Delilah was thrilled since he had asked her out. She thought he wouldn't tell anyone until their first date but Elliot had told his friends until it had spread like wildfire.
Delilah thought Elliot liked her, but he was using her, crushing Delilah even further.
