Okay so this question was basically just how to tell people to go fuck themselves
and I couldn't put the picture of the question in the chapter becusse the person didn't want there name shown and they put -(name) do anyway....
There are 4 steps
1) prepare for what they have to say back/what might happen
2) tell them to fuck off/ go fuck themselves
3) respond to the backlash
4) don't give a fuck about the backlash
