It was 1 in the morning on a school night and we were heading home from helping our friends with some stuff. We pulled into the driveway.

"We are screwed you know that Liam."

"Yes I know Y/N just lets home they get home late."

I turned the car off and we climbed up the tree in the backyard which we can climb into my room. We climbed in and I closed the window.

"Think we're safe."

The lights flicked on.

"I think you two are busted." Mom said.

We turned to them.

"How long are we grounded for?" I asked.

"Two weeks. No going out with friends and you have an 8 o'clock crew few."

"Alrighty. Will go to bed now."

They walked out.

"Can I sleep in here?" Liam asked.

"Yeah sure whatever."

Being grounded really sucks. It's been a week and I miss going out helping my friends with the supernatural stuff. I was doing homework when I heard a knock on my window. I saw Brett. I ran over and opened it.

"What the hell are you doing here? If you get me more grounded I will hurt your ass."

"Came to talk."

"Your lucky my parents aren't home come in."

He came in.

"Is it supernatural related or you just want to talk?"

"Just want to talk."

"Make it quick Brett my parents will be home in an hour."

He started to become a little nervous and I was a little worried.

"Brett what's up you can tell me anything you know that."

"I like you Y/N. I've always had. I really hope you feel the same way if you don't that's cool."

"I've always liked you too Brett."

The door swung up and I saw Liam.

"Parents are home better get your lover boy out."

Brett kissed me real quick that hopped out the window.

"I knew he was going to ask you out."

"Oh but you hate him remember."

"Bite me."

I grabbed him pulling him on my bed and pretended to bite him.

"God I didn't mean literally you little ass."

"But you love your big sister don't you."

"Nope."

"Say it or I will really bite you."

"I love you even though you are annoying."

We both started laughing.

"Nice to see you two bonding." Our mother said.

"We came to a decision that you two don't need to be grounded anymore." Dad said.

"Thank you. Can we invite a friend over?" Liam asked.

"Yes you can."

They walked off.

"Call Brett."

"God I really love you baby bro."

I called Brett over.

"SWEETIE BRETT'S HERE."

"SEND HIM UP."

He ran up and walked in.

"I guess you two aren't grounded anymore."

"Nope but I won't try to get in the way of you two dating." Liam told him.

"Awh Liam that's really sweet."

"But hurt her and I'll hurt you."

Brett nodded.

"Let's just watch a movie or something?" I suggest.

Liam grabbed a movie off the shelf and popped in it. We hopped on my bed and I cuddled with Brett.

"She's been waiting for years for you to ask her out you know that right."

"Liam shut it."

"I could kinda tell that you liked me but I was just scared to ask." Brett said.

"Yeah like how she would always help out on the field."

"And came to ever game with my jersey number on it."

"Hey I'm glad you two are not fighting or whatever but I will rip your throats out if you keep talking shit."

They all started laughing.

"I do love you idiots trust me. I know you have like a little rival thing sometimes but please no fighting when I'm around."

"You got it."
