Fight The Pain (Legolas Fanfic)

Lake Town

This font indicated elvish being spoken.

Legolas stood there his bow pulled back with an arrow pointed at Tauriel. He smiled and Tauriel said
"I thought you were an Orc." Legolas smiled and replied
"If I were an Orc, you would already be dead." She smiled and turned back to the river. I watched as Legolas walked towards and he said
"You can't hunt 30 orcs on your own." She smiled and said
"But I am not on my own." Legolas smiled
"You knew I would come." She smiled again  and turned back to the river. Legolas walked over saying
"My father is angry, Tauriel. For 600 years, he would protect you and you have betrayed his trust. Come back and he will forgive you."
"But I will not forgive myself. If your father has his way, he will do nothing. He would have us shut inside our walls and we will live our lives away from the light." Legolas frowned and she continued
"Are we not part of this world? When have we allowed evil to be stronger than us?" Legolas frowned and then turned to me.
"What is she doing here?" Tauriel turned to me and replied
"Legolas, her name is Idril and I am taking her with me." Legolas looked at me and replied
"You are going to need a horse. Wait here. I will come with you."

Legolas ran swiftly and lightly back. I sat down and picked at my nails. Tauriel sat down beside me and out a strong arm around my shoulder.
"Thank you." I said. She knew what I meant. Tauriel smiled and replied
"I need a friend, Idril. Someone I can trust." I looked at her and said
"I am glad you can trust me." Tauriel was like a big sister to me. Even if I am a prisoner. Legolas came galloping onto the rocks with two horse.
"Tauriel can come with me. Idril this is your horse." He tossed the reins at me. I caught and swung myself up onto the brown horse. Legolas galloped off and I quickly followed.

We rode into a small town that was on top of a lake. That now made sense, Lake Town. Of course. Legolas and Tauriel dismounted and I dropped down and followed them. We walked quietly making no sound. I heard something thumping on the roofs then an ear piecing scream. I covered my ears and Legolas said
"Tauriel take Idril, I will follow you." I ran after Tauriel towards the sound of the scream, we arrived a small house that was crawling with orcs. I pulled out my daggers and hacked my way into the house. I quickly saw what was happening. There were here children hiding under a table and four dwarves. Kili was lying on the table, clinging onto his leg. Blood seeped through the his fingers and he was groaning. Then an Orc grabbed me and push me against the wall. I quickly kneed him and drove my dagger through his chest. I spun around to face Legolas, my knife at his chest.
"I thought you were an Orc."
"That's twice today." He replied with a cute smile. I grinned back and jumped onto the table and did a backflip landing neatly on the floor and stabbed an Orc. Something called out and they started leaving the house. I watched as Legolas finished the last of them and I turned to see Tauriel staring at Kili, biting her lip. Legolas raced to the door and said
"Tauriel, Idril come!" He went to walk out the door and I was following him. He stopped and repeated
"Tauriel." She was about to follow and Legolas took off. I looked over my shoulder and she mouthed, Look after him. I nodded and took off after Legolas.
