I have a good idea about where I'm going with this and I don't think you'll be disappointed. Lauren and Harley's wedding and the run up to it will be interesting...I guarantee you 🙈

"Jake"
Jake held himself over her, he'd leaned down for a kiss only stopping when he heard his name. "What?" He asked, smiling when their eyes locked, their noses touching.
"We shouldn't be doing this" she muttered.
"There's a lot of things we shouldn't be doing" he replied with a smirk.
"True"
"Then....Jane Adler, with you permission, I'd like to........." Jake leaned down, his lips lightly brushing against hers.
"We should stop" Jane muttered, her lips still attached to his.
"You see...you say no but your lips say....yes" he smirked as he continued kissing her 'against' her will.
"The kids think everything's over.....they don't want this" she sighed as she nudged him away, their lips slowly unlocking.
"But I want this"
"I'm a mother, I need to think about the kids" Jane took a deep breath as she averted her eyes from him "they don't want us to be.....involved"
"It's Valentine's night and we're together, in bed........naked, I might add" Jake chuckled.
"I'm not..."
Jake began tugging on her robe, effectively silencing her. "There..." He muttered as he dropped the piece of blue fabric on the ground "...naked, I might add" he repeated with a smile.
"Jake Adler"
"You've known me for thirty years, Janey.....you should know by now that I always get what I want" he smirked.
"No Jake" Jane smirked as she pushed him back to her side.
"Is it always necessary for you to say no before you say yes?" Jake chuckled.
"I was screaming at you earlier and now your in my bed trying it on with me......why haven't I thrown you out yet?" she giggled as she looked to her side.
"Because you know you can't"
"Night Jake" she muttered, feeling this conversation was getting too deep for two o'clock in the morning.
Before Jane could protest, his lips were pressed against hers, his eyes staring down at her "night Jane" he smirked, turning the other way.
Jane pulled the sheets around her and stared at him in shock for a minute before hugging the hot water bottle and falling into a peaceful sleep.

"Hmm" Jane muttered as she slowly began to awake from her sleep. It was eleven thirty on Saturday the fifteenth of February, well, eleven twenty-six to be exact. Jane eyes began to slowly flicker open; she tried to hide her growing smile as she flipped herself over to the other side of the bed, frowning when she was met with a white, empty space; the small bit of warmth left in the sheets bearing the only clue that she had indeed had company.
Jane frowned at the small indented pillow that lay beside her. Surely last night wasn't just a dream?...no last night had definitely been too detailed to have been a dream; the state of her new kitchen after the plate smashing was a sight still fresh in her mind.
Jane shuffled from side to side and slowly moved herself up into a sitting position. Pulling the sheets around her, Jane examined the room for any loosely discarded clothes, only finding her own blue robe lying on the floor beside her bed.
Plates, lavender ice cream, chocolate, painkillers, hot water bottles.....she remembered it as if it was all part of her favourite story book; chocking when she reached the ending....a perfect picture of her and Jake....in bed....naked.
Jane ran her hand through her hair, running her hand down her body to check that her underwear still remained. She remembered his warm arms wrapping around her earlier that morning....she didn't push him away, she couldn't push him away.
Friends? Who was she kidding....they were definitely more than friends. Friends with benefits? Definitely not. Confused divorcees? Bingo! That was definitely it....they were confused, lonely and probably even slightly tipsy...ok, drunk.
"Mom"
Jane paused in the middle of a mid morning stretch, her mouth lying open, mid-yawn.
Jane frowned, the banging was what had awakened her; she was so deep in her daze that she probably wouldn't had noticed Daniel Craig walking in with a towel wrapped around his waist...oh how she wished...
Realising she was drifting, Jane pulled the sheets up round her shoulders when the handle of her bedroom door bent down.
"Mom?"
Jane snapped her eyes shut as the voice drifted towards her "hmmm" Jane muttered as she turned in her 'sleep'. Hopefully Lauren would buy her less than adequate attempt of faking an awakening.
"Oh it's you honey" Jane muttered as she rubbed her far from sleepy eyes; she threw a yawn and a light stretch in for good measure.
"I didn't mean to wake you" Lauren frowned when she saw Jane's bare shoulders peek out from under the white linen.
"Anyone here?" She muttered after a short silence, consciously checking behind herself.
"Nope" Jane bit her lip. Oh how she hoped Jake had left. The truth was that Jane really didn't know what to do about the whole situation. History could be a vexatious thing. She didn't know how, but it may be possible that she was even more confused right now than her kids were. Well...at least they don't know anything, they don't have to deal with this....or do they? Jane repeatedly shook her head as she pulled the white sheets around her bare shoulders.
"Did you know dad's cars still outside" Lauren muttered, running her hands along the oak dressing table. Lauren stared out at the spectacular view before turning back to her mother.
Of course she knew. "No darling" Jane lied "of course I didn't know" she mumbled "you know what your fathers like....being his usual chancing self, he probably thought he could leave his car here while he brought some young thing out for dinner on Valentine's night; your father being his charming self, it was pretty obvious he wouldn't be alone a night like that" Jane lied again, mentally kicking herself.
"Charming?" Lauren smirked as she walked back over to her mother.
"Don't start" Jane raised her eyebrows at her daughter "what are you doing here anyway?"
"Your always telling me to visit more" Lauren smirked as she took a seat on the bed.
"Your up to something" Jane narrowed her eyes.
"I don't know what you mean"
"Lauren Adler"
"I was talking to Joanne....." Lauren began.
Jane stared into an empty space, obviously distracted. Something was making its way up her leg.....a spider. No, this was definitely bigger than a spider. A hand?
Jane closed her eyes and rested her head against the bed. This wasn't just any hand, this was Jake's hand and she was going to kill him.

"Mom?"
