Ever since that fateful day
All I can see is decay
Loss of one
Or loss of five
Loss of reason
Loss of life
Every eve I close my eyes
I see myself in my disguise
A skip in my step
A smile on my face
As my heart slowly
falls from grace
The spark in my eye
The warmth of my heart
Your absence has me
ripped apart
Your selfless devotion
to my selfish desires
your loving words uplifted me
higher and higher
