The next day I went to school and people started asking me if I was okay. I was shocked. People are actual talking to me. I stutter but I say yeah. I learned that the girls who had hurt me got expelled. I some reason want to thank the girls for now people actually talk to me. After school Jack and I walked home. We were walking on the sidewalk when I tripped and threw my book onto the road. I looked both ways and ran to get it. I grabbed the book until a car came. I was frozen. Jack pushed me out of the way. And the car stopped. Jack got hit in the ribs. He was breathing but he was bleeding really bad. I got my phone and called 911. He was rushed to the hospital. After surgery I went into Jacks room the nurse told me he was going to be fine. There Jack laid in the bed sleeping. I sat in the chair beside the bed. I felt guilty and sad. I began to cry. It was all my fault. Then I felt something slide across my cheek. It was Jack wiping away my tears. He smiled and spoke in a calm voice "Your worth it". I kissed him on the lips and walked out to get some fresh air. Im amazed at how amazing it felt to kiss him.
