Hey I hope you guys liked a long time ago . I definitely enjoyed writing it . It was sad but they'll find each other again. Anyway this chapter is gonna start where family tree left off . I'm finished with flashbacks for now but I'll probably include more as the story goes along .

" Well I'm listening sister, how exactly can you help ? " asked a curious Damon .

They were sat in the Salvatore living room discussing Dacia's return.

" There is a very important law in magic that I think Kai forgot about ."

" No spell that takes an innocent life will ever be permanent."

" I may be able to wake Elena, but she'll have to turn again . "

" Damon , I know she wanted to be human but this is the only way we'll get her back , and we could find another cure , but I think all this has proved its not safe for Elena to be human ." Stefan interrupts .

" So , what's it gonna be brother ? "
Dacia asked .

Damon was unsure of what to do .
Elena had always wanted to be human again. What if she'd be mad at him for taking that away ?

But surely she'd agree that it was better than waiting 60 years to be together again?

Damon's POV

I knew my choice. Deep down I know I want to do this .
I just don't know if Elena will forgive me .

But this way she gets to see Bonnie and Jeremy again too . I'm sure she wouldn't say no to that .

" I've decided..
" And ? "

" Let's do it . Let's wake Elena!"

It was 2 hours later , and now Bonnie was here to talk about the spell Dacia needed to do .

They needed to contact the ancestors, and take on the responsibility of righting Kai's wrong , and restoring balance.

" Right I'll need all the candles you can find! "
Dacia declared with the whole mystic falls gang now gathered around .

" What are you actually doing? "
Caroline turned to Bonnie .

" Um Well we need to contact the ancestors and ask them for the power to fix this , to do the reversal spell ."

" We need to ask because it takes a LOT of power to undo a curse ."
Dacia adds .

2 hours later

Dacia and Bonnie were stood together in a pentagram drawn on the ground outside, holding hands , and had their eyes closed chanting.

They were surrounded by candles .
And the Mystic Falls gang stood around in anticipation.

Suddenly fire rose up on the outline of the pentagram, meaning it was time. The spell was starting.
Dacia did the first part .

" Spirits , help us
Hear our call ,
We shall bring her from darkness
We shall save her
And restore the balance!"

Then She and Bonnie joined hands again to chant .

" converterent execratione maledicta
congessit
Vos vigilaret
Quondam vinculum erit ultra
Et vivet, et erit tam liberum !"

( translation :
Reverse the curse
The link that once was shall no longer be
Both shall live and both shall be free )

Hopefully my next update will be done today.
And then you'll find out whose POV it is , though I think you can probably guess.

Anyway, I've been thinking about including other ships .
