I was sitting in my bed with guitar in my hand,playing the strings while my mind wandering somewhere else.I got startled when Shehry dashed into the room,throwing his laptop bag in bed
"Hussain,chal mere saath" he grabbed my arm and pulled me.His face pale,deep lines in his forehead,worry evident in his tone.I furrowed my brows and gripped his wrist
"Shehry kya hua? Itna pareshan kyun hai tu?" I asked him but he looked restless
"Tu bas chal mere saath" he again pulled me
"Kahan?" I asked halting both of us
"Hum abhi mama se baat karte hain,woh dad aur baaki sab se baat karengi" he told,his voice shaky
"Shehry...kis baare me? Kya hogaya hai?" I asked calming him down
"Tere aur Iram ke rishte ke baare me,sab sach batadenge phir jo hoga dekha jaega par hum baat zaroor karenge..abhi,isi waqt" he said all this in one breathe.I knitted my brows in confusion "kya hogaya hai ise achanak?"
"Shehry kya hogaya hai achanak?" I asked voicing out my thoughts
"Wahi jiska mujhe darr tha Sain" he dropped himself in the bed,running his hand in his hair.I was completely blank of what he was talking about.I took a deep sigh and sat next to him
"Shehry theek se bata mujhe kya hua hai?" I asked placing my hand in his thigh while searching for my answers in his face
"Aaj uncle office aaye the,abhi mene unki aur dad ki baat suni,woh...woh Iram aur Zain ki rishte ki baat karrahe the" he said and closed his eyes while i just looked at him shocked and anguished at the same time.
After absorbing his words,i let out a low chuckle.He turn to look at me
"Toh?" I asked.He yanked my hand away and stood up harshly
"Toh? Tu pagal hogaya hai Sain? Mazaak lagraha hai yeh sab? Rishte ki baat horahi hai Iram aur Zain ki aur tu poochraha hai toh ?" he burst out.I stood up facing him
"Agar isi me Kishmish ki khushi hai t.." he cut me off
"Have you lost it Sain?" he snapped looking at me disgustingly
"Sab ko apna pyaar nahi milta Shehry,tune bhi toh Aliya se pyaar kiya tha na,kya mili tujhe Aliya?" I asked and mentally smacked myself for asking out.He looked away before answering
"Toh tu kya chahtha hai,main aisi hi betkar tujhe Shehry banta dekhun? Hmm? Nahi Sain,me yeh hargiz nahi deksakta" his voice turned shaky.I couldn't hold myseld back and leaned in hugging the life out of him.
"Shehry jo hoga dekha jaega,main Iram ki dosti chunta hun apne pyaar ke aage" i told over his shoulder
"Tujhe kisi ko chunne ki zaroorat nahi,main use hargiz Zain ka hone nahi doonga" he spoke rubbing my back.I instantly pulled away
"Shehry tu yeh...kya bolraha hai? Zain bhi usse pyaar karta hai" i told
"Nahi Sain,he is just playing around" he told and filled my ears with whatever he heard from him that rainy evening.I shooked my head
