I watched the encounter between Damien and Alexia, my fists clenching tightly at my sides as I shook with anger.

'Big mistake,' I thought to myself, a sinister grin stretching across my lips.

Alexia is going to be mine, no matter the cost. She is to be my wife, no one else's. Especially not Damien Fernandez's.

Smirking widely, I watched as they walked away, almost as if there was not a care in the world.

He should hold her tight for as long as he could, because I'd be the one to take her away.

And with that, I walked away with a sly grin, my hands stuffed into my pockets as I furthered into the distance.

They have no idea what I have planned for them.

- Alexia Bella De La rosa -

A yawn escaped my lips as my eyelids fluttered open, the sunlight poring into the room as I stretched my legs.

A smile appeared on my lips as I felt Damien gently stroking my hair soothingly, placing a chaste kiss on my forehead as I looked up at him.

"Morning," I whispered, my eyes locked with his, a comforting silence overcoming us as he continued with stroking my hair gently.

"Morning," he replied back in a low and husky voice, which made me melt on the inside, like ice scream on a hot summers day.

"So what are you doing today," I asked, smiling up at him as my thumb brushed over his cheek. As I did this, he leaned into my touch.

"Correction. what are we doing today?" he corrected me. Puzzlingly staring up at him, I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you are going to re-meet the rest of my family," he finally explained with a small grin.

Laughing at his undeniably handsome grin, we both gazed at each other. Watching him intently, his eyes wondered down to my lips.

Smirking at that, he leaned in, his lips hovering over my own.

"Uh-uh." I laughed placing my hand against his chest as I pushed him away. "Morning breath." I teased as he groaned in annoyance.

"I don't care." Damien mumbled as he pulled my towards him, sending me into a fit of laughter.

"Having fun children?" A voice that didn't belong to Damien or I- spoke up, causing me to create a distance between the both of us.

"Luca." I breathed out, awkwardly looking anywhere but at a grinning Luca and a smirking Damien.

"Lexi," he nodded with a grin, his hands tucked safely into his trouser pockets.

"Well, I came to wake Damien and you up but it would seem that you're both far from asleep." Luca winked, a deep rose colour spreading throughout my cheeks as I bit my lip in embarrassment.

"Alright Luca. Leave." Damien laughed as he placed an arm around my shoulder, pulling me towards him, allowing me to hide my face in the crook of his neck.
