September
I feel fat.
Like really fat.
And my feet hurt.
My ankles are swollen and my toes are numb.
My bump is a bit bigger. Causing my back to hurt.
Basically, everything hurts.
My morning sickness has being getting better and I've been able to keep down food more.
That's the bright side.

I rolled out of bed. Pine had already woken up and he didn't wake me up. Probably because this the first day I hadn't gotten up at 3:00 AM. I also scared him because I remember him taking my temperature when I didn't wake up so early.
I pulled on a fresh set of clothes. Well, 'fresh' as in I wash them every night because these are the only clothes that fit me right now. It was a pair of black leggings with an elastic waist and a blue flowy top River lent me. It was a dress on her but, because I'm taller than her it only came to about my middle thigh. Also, with the growing bump, it was long enough in the front to cover my midsection.
I walked down to the common room where everyone else was sitting.
"Look who finally woke up!" Breeze said from the couch.
"It's not that late." I said looking at my watch. "It's only 9:00"
"Which is a perfect time for you to be getting up." Pine said as he hugged me from behind. "How are you?"
"Good, how are you?"
"Pretty good. I'm so SO glad you actually slept today."
"Me too. I'm really hungry." I said looking at the fridge.
I walked over and opened the freezer. Ice cream. It looked really good.
That's so weird.
I'm the elemental of fire. I hate the cold.
Yet my child, the product of me and the elemental of earth and all its living things, is causing me to crave... Ice cream.
I grabbed it and a spoon and sat on the couch next to Breeze.
"Breakfast of champions."
"You better believe it." I said.
"Lina, you might want to see this." River said, handing me a letter.
The letter was addressed to us.
From the office of the national prison director
We have written to inform you that the criminal registered as "Tricity" and "Krissie" have been sentenced to life in prison. They will be held in our maximum security wing until they are deceased...
The letter went on like that.
Pine walked over and rubbed my shoulders.
"They're never gonna bother any of us again."
Suddenly the map started to beep.
"New mission." River said.
"Let's go." I said getting up.
"Woah, where do you think you're going?" Pine said.
"My suit. We have a mission."
"You can't be serious. Lina, your six and a half weeks pregnant."
"I'm not that pregnant." I mumbled.
"River?" Pine said.
River tossed him something. An inner ear headset.
"Here you can help us from back here."
"Are you sure?" I said.
"Yes!" They all responded in unison.
"It's a routine op." He said kissing my nose. "What could happen?"

Pine came home with a bloody nose and a black eye.
