73) Collisions In OctoChutes

AN) Just an idea I came up with while watching a couple of old Octonauts episodes this afternoon, where I kind of wondered how sliding down the OctoChutes would work if two people were in it at the same time. And then this happened...

All4Fun: you didn't check either!

I'mOnIt: grr, that's - that's not the point.

I'mOnIt: the point is now I have a bruised shoulder and its all your fault, Kwazii Cat

Safe&Secure: er, hey guys

Safe&Secure: what's up?

I'mOnIt: well Kwazii decided it would be a good idea to jump in the OctoChute straight after I had, and of course ended up crashing right into me

All4Fun: in my defence, I didn't know you were in there

I'mOnIt: I literally just said 'I'm going to go and fix the Gup A up now' at the Captain's request

All4Fun: well I can't be expected to listen to everything you guys say

I'mOnIt: hmm

I'mOnIt: and now I have a purple shoulder, which isn't all that normal when you're green

Safe&Secure: do you need a bandage or anything, Tweak?

I'mOnIt: no thanks, Peso, but thanks for the offer

Safe&Secure: Hey Tweak, it could have been worse ;)

Safe&Secure: I like to slide down slowly, or at least steadily, as you know

Safe&Secure: and once Kwazii jumped in the top after me, not realising I was already in there

Safe&Secure: and you know how he likes to barrel down

I'mOnIt: oh yeah. I know. :/

All4Fun: ... hehe?

Safe&Secure: of course, he was going much faster than I was, and he crashed into me

Safe&Secure: I ended up sitting on his legs as we spun down the chute, and we ended up at the bottom in a crumpled heap

I'mOnIt: ouch

All4Fun: soooorry peso... ;)

Safe&Secure: I remember way back, when we first became the Octonauts, that it took us all ages to learn how to ride the OctoChutes

Safe&Secure: we'd just all fall out at the end

Safe&Secure: it took a lot of time, but now we seem to have mastered it

I'mOnIt: and yet it seems that even now, some people still haven't learnt

All4Fun: I'm guessing that pointed statement was directed at me?

I'mOnIt: uh huh

All4Fun: thought so :S

Safe&Secure: Hey, don't tell anyone guys, but I'm fairly sure that when Dashi and Shellington are going out in missions together, and no one else is watching them, they like to slide down the OctoChute together, holding paws or so such

I'mOnIt: aww, that's - that's kinda cute :)

All4Fun: maybe we should start doing that, Tweaky

All4Fun: It'd stop me accidentally crashing into you, anyway

I'mOnIt: in your dreams, cat

All4Fun: aw, c'mon ears

I'mOnIt: and believe me, calling me ears isn't helping your case

All4Fun: oh

All4Fun: so... when are you likely to actually forgive me, tweakster?
