I finally made one XD. I've always liked the idea of the whole Steven Universe thing but I've never actually watched the show. So anyway, this is Blue Chalcedony or Chalce, and yeah I don't have a backstory or anything. But her gem is in her shoulder and when she's fighting this like glass/metal escapes her arm and basically makes fancy brass knuckles. :D
