A James one yay!
James was actually always really kind to his house elves. In fact during the summer of second year James and Sirius set most of them free, but the house elves liked them so much they still did their jobs. Mr. and Mrs. Potter never found out yet still James made sure to always keep him room super tidy so they would have to do less work.
(Also James would have totally joined S.P.E.W. if it had started when he was at Hogwarts)
