So, I really need to figure out what the fuck was going on with Hannah. But I also couldn't help but think, why should I trust Luke? What is he getting out of lying to me?
My thoughts continuously control me. I haven't been able to focus in class.
I walk out of my class to see Hannah and Calum talking to each other. What the actual fuck is she doing?
I begin to near them, even though I'm struggling to get through the mass of teens going to class, and hear clips of their conversation.
"Do it, Calum." Hannah harshly whispers.
"No. hurt...her...my...secret...not worth it."
Calum looks a bit frustrated with Hannah.
Hannah then sees me as I exit the herd. She gives me a small smile and walks off.
"Hey, Bri." Calum gives me a dimple filled smile, even though his past conversation wasn't so happy.
"Hi." I return a smile.
"So, I have a question. And if you say no I totally understand. But I just really want to--."
Calum began to get flushed from his rushed speech.
"Want to what?" I furrowed my eyebrows in curiosity.
"I want to -um- maybe take you -uh- on a d-date on Sat-turday?" His speech was also stuttered. I couldn't help but a little surprised at his request. His face was glazed with hopefulness, so I couldn't say no. Why would I? He's hot, smart, plays in a band, and he has tattoos. Did I mention hot?
"On one condition." Might as well have some fun while I'm at it.
"Yes. Anything for you, Bri." His eyes were pleading for a yes.
"I get to come see a band practice of yours." I began to cross my arms to try to look more intimidating. It wasn't working due to his large smile appearing after my statement.
"Didn't know you were interested. But, yeah, of course. What time on Saturday? Six or seven?"
He seemed a lot more calm and relieved then a minute ago.
"Seven is fine. I have to get to class see you later." I began to walk off hearing him shout that he'll see me Saturday.
I laughed a little to myself that this was happening.
The rest of the day went by uneventfully. I was still a bit shocked that Calum asked me out. I wanted to text Hannah, but I can't really trust her. But I can't really trust what Luke was saying either.
