Pandora Hearts (A Gilbert Love Story)

The day when I met Gilbert:

I was walking to my house when I heard some arguing. Even though it was far away. Well, since I'm half cat I can hear from a far distance. I followed the voices until I arrived at a really old looking mansion. It got quiet all of a sudden. I knocked on the two front doors. A boy with blonde hair answered the door and asked,

"Well, hello, beautiful. And what might your name be?"

He grabbed my hand gently and kissed it. Which, made me blush.

"Oh. I'm sorry to bother. My name is Shimizu Katsumi."

"Oh. Well it's a pleasure to meet you, Katsumi-san."

"Oz! Master Oz! Where are you-

"Nekoooooooo?!" a tall guy with black hair and golden eyes yelled as he pointed at me.

"Oh! Gilbert! You're just in time to meet Shimizu-san."

He didn't say anything. I waved my arms in his face and asked,

"Are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you. If you want me to, I can leave?"

"No! Please don't! He might wake up if you shake his hand," said Oz.

I took his hand and said,

"Hi! My name is Shimizu Katsumi. Just to let you know, I'm just part cat, not full."

When he finally woke up from his shock he saw me and stared at me for a really long time. And since things were getting kinda awkward I said,

"Oh! Well, it's nice to meet you! And what's your name?"

"M-My name is Gilbert Nightray."

"I love your name. It's cool."

"So are you really part cat? Or are you wearing a costume?"

"What? Are you scared of cats or something?" I asked with a smirk.

"N-No! Of course not!"

"Then if I told you that I could turn into a complete cat, would you turn into stone again?" I asked as I circled around him. My tail accidently touched him. He jumped a little and I asked him, "Are you okay?"

"N-No! Don't touch me!"

"Ah. I see. I guess we can't be friends," I said sadly.

"I don't want to be friends with you!"

"Are you sure? I can make anyone pay for what they've said or done to you~."

"Are you serious?"

"Hey, do you hear that?"

"Hear what?"

"The sound of a chain. It's near! Get Oz!"

"Wait. How do you know all this stu-"

"Just go get Oz!"

"Alright!" he said as he left and disappeared into the mansion.

The thing was now closer. I touched my cat ears gently and all my weapons appeared. I grabbed my two swords and sliced the Chain's arm off. He yelled and hit me into the wall.

"Ugh!" I yelled in pain. "You fool! Do you really think...you can beat me?!"

Once again, it hit me into the wall.

"Shimizu-san!" I heard someone yell.

I looked towards that direction slowly. It was Gilbert. Gilbert shot the chain's eye and the chain let me go from his grasp. Gilbert caught me just in time for me not to hit the ground. I looked at the chain which was already killed by the girl with brown hair using Oz's power.

'I think that's that Alice girl,' I thought.

"Are you alright?" asked Gilbert.

"Huh? Oh! Yeah, I'm fine, thank you," I said with a big smile on my face.

"Don't go into a battle that you can't finish. Okay?"

"Mean much? Geez! I know... I hope you're not those type of people that lecture people without even knowing the person."

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to."

"Gil! Shimizu-san! Are y'all okay?!" asked Oz worriedly.

"Yes. We're fine," I said.

"Master Oz! Are you okay?!" asked a extremely worried Gilbert.

"Oh, I'm fine," said Oz. He was whispering something into Gilbert's ear while he was staring at me from the corner of his eye. All of a sudden Gilbert turned really red and said,

"O-Of course not!"

"Why don't you just act like she's not part cat and treat her normally? Okay?" asked Oz.

"Fine," answered Gilbert. "Let's start over. My name is Gilbert Nightray. Nice to meet you."

"My name is Shimizu Katsumi. It's a pleasure to meet you too!" I said with a huge smile on my face.

And that is how I met Gilbert.
