**Cadence POV**
Loki's been off...he's been more edgy, more jumpy. More secretive. I decided to ignore it. Its been a week after he's been left out of the cell. He seems to be more distant. I heard a soft knock at the door.
"Come in!" I heard the door slightly creek open.
"Hey little one."
"Hey dad." I said and looked back.
"I'll be gone for a while. Will you be ok?"
"No. I won't. Now tell me what's been going on?" I whispered.
"Little one...I can't tell you...but I'll be ok." And with that he left. That was the last time I saw him in over a year. Little did I know he was about to take over midgard.
