Chapter 6

Annabeth pov (surprising right?)

I regret my decision that night i dont know why i kissed Dante. I dont even like him! After Percy threw the ring at me my heart shattered. I immediately threw Dante off of me after Percy left. I looked over at poseidon and he looked worse. His eyes wer no longer happy they held regret and guilt in them. A tear rolled down his cheek. Dante looked at our reactions and startee laughing. I kicked him where the sun dont shine hard. Poseidon looked at him and said "you are no son of mine i disown you Percy and Tyson are my only sons and it will remain that way" a green orb came out of Dante and went into Poseidon. The days that followed were just as horrible. Everyone felt horrrible. The person who saved us so many times, the person who would sacrifice himself for the camp and everyone in it has disappeared it all of our faults especually mine. A few days after Percy disappeared Nico showed up and he was pissed.

Flashback

I didnt have the energy to move. I felt awful. I just stayed in bed and cried i didnt bother to eat. Nico came into my room and he looked ready to murder. "Why did you do it you broke his heart you know he has no desire to live now" he said sadly and angry. "I dont know im so sor-" "i dont want to hear it you broke him. All he wanted to do was marry you and live a happy life. But you ruined it and you ruined his trust. Hes blocked himself off from the world. I just hope your happy with your new boy toy" and with that he stormed off leaving me more miserable than before.

Artemis pov

I woke up and went to check in Percy. As i walked into his tent he was already up. My heart nearly stopped. Holy zeus he was handsome. His eyes were still sea green but they had specks of light blue and gold in them. His hair was darker if that was possible and had a hint of icy blue on the tips. His wings were gold. They were at least six feet wide. His jawline was more defined. He had more muscle tone his lips looked sof- agh what am i thinking im a maiden goddess. I noticed he was looking at me and was in deep thought i blushed a little bit at his intense gaze. "Ahem uhh percy u okay there" " huh o ya sorry jst thinking" "uhh its okay now come on we need to update the hunters " he nodded and we walked outside. The hunters slowly gathered around us after they were all here i made the announcment. "Uh hunters i have something to say uhh zeus has given us a uhh guardian...." "Who" Thalia asked. "The guardian of the hunt is uhhh Percy Jackson " i said contemplating on wether to tell then hes a god or not. A familiar voice spoke in my head "go ahead and tell them im a god if u want" i was shocked that he could communicate telepathically. "Hes also a new god" "woah are you serious nice seaweed brain" Thalia said. I could see Percy flinch at the name seaweed brain hmmm i wonder why. The hunters didn't seem completely repulsed by the idea so i geuss thats good. They started asking questions about his wings and what hes god over. This might not be bad after all
