I've met many Libras in my life and to me most of them are really nice. My best friend is a Libra and she's super quiet and since I've met her, she speaks up a bit more; so she was a shy one :) She's got a super bubbly personality, confident, smart and knows exactly how to deal with situations when faced. Not everyone I've met though has this great personality in the Libras. But to me all Libras I've met are really nice. I get along pretty fine with them!
