"I'm not speaking to Optimus, now am I?" I heard a deep, gravely voice respond. My spark dropped to my toes, it was Megatron, the last person we wanted to hear from. "Did you get your human friend to figure it out for you? I assume so. Now, if I'm not speaking to Optimus, whoever could this be?" Optimus immediately took over after noticing the horror on my face.
"Megatron, what do you want from us?" The Decepticon leader let out a chuckle not unlike a psycho would make after murdering their first victim.
"I want nothing to do with you, really. I just want to play a game."
"Where are you holding Summer?" Optimus wasn't taking Megatrons riddle shit today.
"Cut right to the chase, huh? I haven't heard from Summer in a long, long time, Optimus. In fact, it's been millenia since the last time I actually spoke to her. It wasn't much of a conversation, mostly screaming, and then I- well, it certainly wasn't me. A doctor and good friend of mine did a little bit of tinkering around and, let's just say he 'changed her mind'." Nobody said anything, Optimus was probably trying to think of a good comeback but he seemed pretty clueless on what to respond with. I knew who Megatron spoke of, Shockwave.
"You didn't think I would try and-" The warmonger paused dramatically, before hissing the rest of his sentence out, "steal her spark." My optics slipped over to Ratchet, who was standing in a corner. He looked like he wanted to stab the computer that was transmitting the voice, his fists were balled up tightly and his cheek plates boiled a soft pink. It didn't take him long to relax and start clicking around on another computer, which was tracking the signal we had called.
"Ah, since you have nothing to say, I have to ask, did I give you enough time to track the signal?" There was silence as Optimus and Ratchet had a conversation with their bodily communications, then Megatron spoke again. "I can only assume that I must have, you refuse to speak to me. Ah, with that then, I'll leave you to figure it out."
He hung up abruptly, leaving only our thoughts behind with us, which could be a dangerous thing at the moment.
Megatron's POV
The gray Decepticon leaned back on his citadel throne, relaxing and feeling quite triumphant over a simple phone call. Now it was up to the Autobots, and if his plan went well, they would be in his custody in little over three hours. It was a nice thing to have a talented 'autobot' on the Decepticon team.
"Ah, I always want to call you Summer, Airachnid." The beautiful emerald green and baby blue armour on the femmes body gleamed blandly in the light, Airachnid must not have bothered to keep the armour clean, it was just another body. I watched her shiver before she answered back.
"She responds to that, you know. I get the feeling that she recognizes your voice, so I keep all memory of her and you away from her mind so she can stay clueless. It's quite nice, being able to walk through the mind of a Prime, by the way, Lord Megatron. I quite enjoy it. I find it nuisance to visit Shockwave every few hours so she doesn't overwhelm me. I also like the mind reading thing, and the predicting the future power that she has, I like the way it works, I could turn a bad situation around in seconds." It irritated me that she was so power hungry, and she knew fully well that she could overwhelm me if she wanted, but she also knew her place in line, and that wasn't ahead of me. I looked away and watched Predaking wander around the citadel, looking bored and randomly confronting any troopers that looked at him sideways. I couldn't help but think of how much I would like to interface with her, not Airachnid. No, Summer is what I really wanted. She was an exquisite femme, one that took care of herself. I found her adorable, and all good girls eventually turned bad, especially with me involved. I found Airachnid extremely unattractive, not just her original body, which was destroyed and left for the last Insecticons to eat on a moon nearby Cybertron, but her personality actually creeped me out a little. She was a power hungry piece of scrap that I couldn't stand, but she was smart, I had to give her that much. And three hours from now was a time where she got to show her meddle, hopefully with a new mind and extra 'umph' she could turn the tides of the war.
Three hours went by almost too fast, not that I didn't want this to happen, I did want to capture the Autobots, but I wanted to have fun doing it too. I kept Airachnid out of the picture for the most part, if any of the Autobots saw her they would want to take her away. I made sure Shockwave gave Summer's mind an extra dosage of whatever he used to keep her offline, enabling Airachnid to freely walk her mind and use what powers she had. In just a few minutes, I had all of the Autobots in the same room, Optimus and Ratchet chained up the most preciously, either of them could turn our good situation into a bad one, and that wasn't what I wanted to happen. I also made sure to prepare a gag for every one of them, just in case their voice triggered something in Summer's memories that would cause her to wake up. After a few minutes of small talk, which I demanded specifically even though I hated it myself.
"So, Optimus Prime, how is you and your new recruit? Has she killed any Decepticons yet? Murdered her own kind in cold blood?" Optimus didn't say anything, but I could see the anger hidden in his optics, it burned like fire, it wanted to consume everything left in the world. I had put the Predafemme in the corner next to no one in particular.
"Oh, shut up, bucket head. What's with the small talk? Don't want to kill us yet?" My comm went off after Bulkhead finished his sentence and I allowed myself an evil smile.
"We're waiting for someone very special today."

FanfictionI was an AutoBot, once upon a time. Until Arcee and Cliffjumper ditched me. Those fragging idiots, I don't blame them, but I don't smell that bad, do I? There was this guy, uh, Shockwave I think his name was. He was an AutoBot, I think, had the mark...
