Dare to Dream Big

If we dare to pursue dreams beyond what we can accomplish on our own, believing God will help us reach them, we are walking in faith. God is honored when we display such trust. If we allow him to be our partner in life, then our heart will be open to receive big dreams.

These dreams bring joy, because by faith they are alive. It is as though God said, "I will surely bring your dream to reality, if you do and think as though it's true." Savoring a dream with our imagination keeps it vibrant.

When a dream is alive in the heart, angels are dispatched to arrange success to sprout from our belief and efforts. But, if faith falters and the dream is allowed to wither, the angels will stand down. The dream will fade if we no longer believe God approves of it, so we should always keep in close fellowship with him.

Joy surely increases when we see a dream come to reality. God actually loves to bring success from our efforts. He looks for people walking in faith, and gives dreams to match their faith. So, if you dare to pursue big dreams, you will enjoy a successful life.

God wants us to be successful and accomplish much. He will illuminate the path before us in the form of a dream, and when we pursue the dream, it leads to blessings. Generally he will guide us in incremental steps, because if we saw the finality, we may be overwhelmed.

As we incrementally take each step, we grow inside and learn to expect greater things. This process utilizes our natural need for challenges. As God increases us one step at a time, each step is a new challenge. We can look back to where we were, and realize he is faithful.

This causes our faith to flourish, and our walk with God becomes naturally enjoyable. Faith enables us to see beyond the physical, recognizing the spirit world is real and complex. Knowledge of the spirit world enables us to receive greater dreams, realizing we can get assistance and guidance from the unseen world. God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the holy angels are all on our side.

God has many wonderful plans to unfold in the physical world, and he will do much of this through people. We can be part of these plans by being eager to pursue dreams he plants in our heart. We should expect to be included in his activities, and be quick to accept challenges he puts in our path, not allowing lack of ability to hold us back. When considering if we can reach a goal, we shouldn't rely on what we can see in the physical, our faith allows us to receive assistance from the spiritual.

"These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world."
1 Pet 1:7 NLT

Later on in Heaven when God is handing out rewards for faith, he will honor every time we trusted him. Whatever risk or danger we encounter here on Earth, while pursuing what he puts into our heart, cannot even be compared to the reward we'll receive for faith walking.

"But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don't worry or be afraid of their threats."
1 Pet 3:14 NLT

Ask God for big dreams, and for abundant faith and courage to pursue them. Anything we do for God is important, so we should give priority to the tasks he gives. What we have done for God in the present, is what we will be rewarded for in the beyond. Therefore, we should diligently pursue tasks we believe are according to his will.

"So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God's will. Then you will receive all that he has promised."
Heb 10:35-36 NLT
