Marinette finished off her gift for Alya with adding a final gem on the neckline.

'finished!Alya is going to love it! Ahh! I've gotta text the rest of the class!'

'hey guys r u rdy 2 meet up?'

Marinette got the reply from Adrien

'yeah we r all hereabout to start'

She gave herself a couple of moments to fan-girl about Adrien texting her, then ran down the stairs to grab the box of snacks her papa got ready for her

'thanks papa! See you soon!' giving her dad a peck on the cheek before running out the door

'have fun! And don't stay out too late I know what you're like when it comes to Alya'

'okay papa!'

Marinette ran down the stairs into the bakery saying bye to her mum before running out the front door.

As soon as she ran through the doors of the hall she was faced with loads of personalised deep blue balloons decorated with ladybug, chat noir and wifi symbols and streamers of blue and white all over the floor

'hey Marinette what do you think of the balloons?' Nino asked proudly,as he used his connections with several entertainers to get them made

'oh my god she's gonna love them!'Marinette said excitedly

'hey Marinette what do you think of the streamers being put up over here?'

Marinette turned to the side to see Rose, Juleka and Mylene holding untangled streamers while Ivan was standing on a ladder, waiting for Marinette to give them the okay

'yeah there is perfect! Why don't you leave big spaces between the pins so it loops down a little?' suggested Marinette

'alright! girls, start passing them up!'

alright so while they are doing the streamers the rest of us will set up the tables and dance floor thought Marinette

'so guys lets split up into two groups, my group will work on setting up the tables around the room ready for tomorrow and Nino's group will set up the dance floor in the space that we clear'

everyone agreed that this way the jobs will get done quicker and quickly split up and set to work.

soon the different coloured squared flooring was secured and the tables were covered with white cloths and set up against the walls

Ivan got off the ladder as he finished putting up the last pin.

Marinette stood up

'guys,lets take a short break then we'll pin up the balloons and set up the turntables, disco ball and smoke machine' Marinette started giving out the cookies and cinnarolls to everyone.

Adrien gazed at the cinnarolls with a look of longing

there it is, my cinnababy, come to me!

Just as Marinette was about to give him his desire, a little blonde bitch (can you guess who) burst through the doors stopping Marinette in her actions, holding the cinnaroll in front of Adrien at a teasing distance.

Adrien turned to Chloe(were you right?) angrily, only to see her walk towards the balloons with a pair of scissors in her hands, Marinette put down the patisserie box on the table and stormed towards Chloe.

'Chloe,what are you doing here get out!'Snarled Marinette

'just sorting out the mess in here'she answered walking closer to the balloons

'if you pop one balloon then you watch!'

POP!!

'YOU SKANKY LITTLE B--'

Marinette stormed forward and yanked Chloe backwards on the floor by her hair

'AHH! What do you think you're doing to my hair? Don't you know that my father is the mayor!?'

'newsflash! I don't care who your father is, but just because you hide behind your daddy's back doesn't mean you can do what you want!' shouted Marinette, throwing Chloe's hair away with disgust

'and maybe for once you could actually wash your hair instead of getting other people to do it for you!'

Chloe huffed 'just because you cant afford to have famous hairstylists tend to your rat tails'

'yeah Chloe,because I totally want my hair to feel greasy and nasty'

Chloe flipped her hair over her shoulder storming out the room shouting at sabrina to get away

Marinette huffed in frustration as everyone crowded around her

'i'm sorry I lost my temper, its just that Chloe makes me feel so angry an--'

'oh my god Marinette that was so cool!'

'the way you stood up to her was just like-'

'ha! You pulled her hair!'

'you are now my favourite person!'

Marinette felt a hand rest on her shoulder 'hey are you alright?'

Marinette looked up to find Adrien looking at her in concern

'a-ah!A-a-Adrien!y-y-yeah i'm a-alright t-t-thanks'

Marinette looked around red-faced at everyone laughing at how Marinette reacted to Chloe and at Chloe's reaction to Marinette

Rose picked up the remnants of the balloon up, sighing 'at least it was only one balloon'

Marinette walked towards Rose 'yeah you're right, lets finish setting up and go home for today, remember tomorrow is the big day!'

Soon everything was finished and Marinette locked up the door, making mental notes to herself of what to bring

alright so i'm going to bring

-Alya's fav cookies

-doughnuts

-cupcakes

-cinnarolls~coz Adrien likes them

-pastries

oh and that chocolate popcorn she's crazy over

huh..what's that screaming?

Oh crap another akuma! I better distract it away from the party hall!

Marinette ran down the hall towards the screaming, only to find an akuma has come and is changing the appearance of everyone into those peasants from french history

'MY NAME IS BEAUTY QUEEN AND I DEMAND TO KNOW WHERE MARINETTE DUPAIN-CHENG IS!'

Marinette froze in horror after realising who caused the akuma...her
