I haven't felt this depth of anger in a sustained while, at what this girl has done to Lucy. The basic feeling of anger, doesn't even scratch the surface to how I'm actually feeling.

Myself and Luke are going in on Monday to sort the situation immediately and terminate what has been happening. The bully will not get away with the terror she has caused to our little sister. We were also informed that there was a boy involved as well - I'd want to smash his face in if I knew who it was. He may only be in his early teens but there's no excuse. He's old enough to know what is right and wrong.

Right now, it's Sunday afternoon. After Lucy's confession, we had a quiet weekend. Lucy slept most of the time, sleeping off her fever. Apart from Darcy and Harry going to hockey, the rest of us have been working out in the gym a bit and just chilling and working from home. Well, me and Luke worked a bit yesterday to get ready for the week ahead while Tom went to see his friends for the afternoon and evening.

I finish messaging some old mates about meeting for a pint later in the week, before heading downstairs.

"Hey Darce, do you wanna do something?" I go into the living room, and see Darcy watching TV and Lucy next to her, sleeping.

"Yeah, sure. Like what?" She smiles.

"Park?" I say. "Get some fresh air."

"Ok, I will go grab a hoodie," Darcy gets up and I ruffle her hair as she walks by me, and I go into the kitchen.

"Luke, I'm taking Darcy out to the park."

"Alright, dinner will be at six thirty," Luke nods looking up from his phone. "Is Lucy still sound?"

"We'll be back for six. Yeah, she is out."

Luke nods, "I'm going to wake her up in a bit for her next round of meds, anyway."

"Ready," Darcy comes into the room. I smile in her direction.

"Have fun Darce, keep your hoodie on, it's cold outside," Luke tells her and she nods in response, waving goodbye as we head out.

She's looking very cute, I must admit, she's wearing jeans with flowers embroidered down the side and an oversized pastel blue hoodie with her long blonde curls dangling freely.

I take her hand and she lets me, and we walk to the park which is ten minutes away. We fall into a comfortable silence, enjoying the autumn sunshine.

"You looking forward to hockey at school?" I pull her close to me, as I notice a load of rowdy teenagers ahead of us.

"Yeah, it should be really good. The coach said she will tell us more this week."

"Good, hopefully there will be some matches coming up that we can make," I grin.

"Yeah, hope so," she replies.

"I didn't ask to check you've done your homework before going to the park."

"I've done it all, promise," she smiles proudly at me.

"That's brilliant, I'm proud of you," I smile back. Getting Darcy to do her homework has always been a bit of a battle.

She can do the work well, if she puts her mind to it. But she often leaves it until the last minute and will also rush through it, making mistakes that are easy to avoid.

I remember many tantrums and tears when she was eight and nine, as she didn't see the point of doing homework on the weekend. It got to the point where some weeks she'd miss out on hockey practice, even as an eight year old, because she wouldn't do her homework.
