Lucy's POV
Wow. The lake house is incredible! We spent our first day there sorting it out, and then this past week and a half, we've been doing all sorts! Like canoeing, speed boating, sailing, barbecues, lots! Sadly, we've only got three days left, but Luke will be back a day after we get back home!
Unfortunately we haven't got any wifi so no contacting Luke on FaceTime or Skype, but we've got signal so we can at least call him.
For some reason, I keep getting this pain in my lower right side; its definitely not periods as I'm way to small and young for that! But it's worrying me slightly, it can be really painful. It started literally when we said goodbye to Luke, but it's only on and off. I really wish I could talk to Luke about it - but I don't want to worry him. It'll probably turn out to be nothing.
Currently, we're just relaxing and are about to have dinner - courtesy of Tom - I'm hoping it will be editable! Luke doesn't let him cook at home, but no one else could be bothered to cook tonight so Leo let him. I'm not sure if that's a bad idea or not...
"Guys! Be prepared to be amazed!" Tom shouts.
Me, Darcy, Leo and Harry get up from sunbathing and walk into the kitchen and see plates of vegetables and potatoes.
"The chicken is just coming guys!" Tom grins. "So what do you think?"
"I'm impressed," Leo snickers, "not much mess and no burnt food."
"Thanks," Tom says sarcastically. "Right, grab your plate."
We all sit down and talk, completely forgetting the chicken...
"What's that smell?" I say after ten minutes. "It's coming from the oven!"
I run over, "LUCY! Stop!" Leo pushes me back from a smoking oven.
Tom pulls me back too and him and Leo switch the smoking oven off, pull the door down and pull the burnt, smoking chicken out.
"So much for the non-burnt dinner," Leo sighs.
"Yeah, er, minor mess up," Tom says sheepishly.
"You keep on thinking that bro," Harry pats him on the back.
In the end, we just eat potatoes and vegetables as our dinner...but Leo found Ben and Jerry's ice cream in the freezer, so that made up for the dinner!
"Let's play would you rather," Darcy randomly says as we are all sat outside, watching the sunset.
"Go for it," Tom grins and we all nod.
"Okay Tom, would you rather drink a litre of vinegar or swim a mile in bake beans?" Darcy says evilly, to the side of me.
"Neither, but probably swim in bake beans," we all laugh as he shudders, Tom hates bake beans! "Harry, would you rather walk around at school for a whole day wearing girls clothes and makeup or kiss your oldest teacher?"
"Ew! Those two are gross, but I'd rather wear girls clothes and makeup," Harry laughs. "Lucy, would you rather have ten injections all at once or swim in a pool of jellyfish?"
"Erm, probably the ten injections," I frown, giggling. I turn to Leo, "Leo, would you rather eat five lemons all in a row, no pausing or jump off a thirty metre platform into a swimming pool?"
Leo is not keen on heights or lemons - ha!
"Your mean Lucy," Leo fake pouts. "If I had to, it would be to eat the five lemons."
And the game carries on for a while, it's almost completely dark outside.
"Right, you twins better get off to bed," Leo says.
