Leo's POV

"Ready?" I say as I buckle my seatbelt up in my car.
"Yep, let's go," Luke nods.

Today, it's Monday, and we are on our way to work just like every day of the week except weekends.

"Only two weeks until spring break, I can't wait," I say as I drive in comfortable silence.
"Yeah, we need to book the time off today," he replies.

Although we own the company, we work as the heads on the management team and still have to book the time off officially, even though we can basically do whatever we like!

We get to work and get through the usual morning tasks such as meetings, talks, reading and writing a ton of emails and more.

Luke's POV

Currently, it's two in the afternoon, and we are just working quietly in our office.

"Coffee bro?" Leo asks, getting up.
"Sure, cheers," I nod and he goes out to get some coffees for us.

The phone rings, and I answer it.

"Good afternoon, Luke Walker speaking."
"Good afternoon Luke, I am David Jones, head of Boston Law Services, a similar company to yours. I have heard about your business and I am ringing you to tell you some exciting news."
"Good afternoon Mr Jones, what's this exciting news you've got?" I reply.
"With me, you have the opportunity to go to Sydney in Australia, and we will be meeting worldwide businesses over there to compare, and there will be huge conferences with international people."
"Wow, that sounds extremely interesting. How long will the trip be?" I ask.
"Four weeks. We will meet at the airport together and fly to Australia."

Four weeks? A month! That's quite a long time to leave my siblings, especially the twins. What about spring break? I would completely miss it...

"It's a lot to think about Mr Jones. When will we be leaving?"
"Of course, I understand. We will be leaving three days from now, I think the plane leaves the airport at five in the morning on Thursday."
"Ok, can I email you my decision?"
"Yes. Let me know by tomorrow as I can get someone else from another business if you don't want to come or you can't make it."
"Ok, thank you. Bye."
"Bye."

Blimey. Australia is around ten thousand miles away from home in America! It will take me at least sixteen hours on a plane.

Do I really want to spend four weeks away from my siblings? I'm not worried about the lads too much, (although Tom worries me daily,) I'm mainly worried about leaving my baby girls - what will they say?

Yet it's a great opportunity, I will get to look at loads of international businesses and meet new, likeminded people. This trip has the potential to lead to anything, who knows, we could end up setting up a branch of our business in Sydney!

After five minutes of thinking, I get back to work, and Leo soon arrives with steaming coffees from the Costa not far from our work.

"Thanks bro," I say as I sip my vanilla latte.
"No problem. Did I hear the phone ring as I went? Was it anyone important?" Leo asks and sits down at his desk which is opposite mine.
"Yes. I've got an offer to go to Australia," I pause.
"Oh my god! For the business?" Leo whistles.
"Yes, I'd be meeting worldwide businesses and international people in Sydney, over big conferences."
"That's amazing! But when are you going? How long is the trip?" Leo questions.
"If I was to go, my plane would be a early morning flight on Thursday. The trip would be four weeks."
