Someone asked if I could put some RomaPiri into the story, well, here! It won't really affect the plot but meh.

Set in the other country's POV so Philippines will be called Katherine. If it's in America or Piri's POV, Piri will be called Piri or Philippines. If it's set in a human's POV (idk if that will ever happen), the country's will all be addressed by their human names.

And also, Philippines had mentioned a spell before, right? Well (for those who didn't know or forgot) the reason why she looks different is because she used the illusion spell. She can't break it unless she has help, but if someone recognizes her or learns her real identity, the illusion she used will disappear and be replaced by her actual appearance but everyone else will still be affected by the illusion, except the person who recognized her (in this case it's America). The other countries who don't know that Katherine and Philippines are the same person won't see what America sees (which is Piri's actual appearance) unless they learn who she is.

I also wish to explain one more thing: the alternate universe in which my story takes place in. I know this author's note is waaaayy longer than normal, but I need to explain this first. Anyway, in my AU, only certain countries (the canon ones) and my OCs have personifications. There are no cities, minus the ones in Hetalia because my AU states that:

"There are only certain countries with representatives. We don't know why we exist, or how, but all we know is that it's rare that they do exist. Personifications like me don't apparently happen to exist for a particular reason; we only exist because we do. There is no explanation. And because we are what we are, there are only few of us. We must stay close; no matter what, they're the only ones who'll understand. Just as long as my country stands, I will too. Same could be said for those other idiots."
- APH Piri to Elise from my other fanfic

The last and most important part of my AU is the fact that the countries no longer have bosses. They don't meddle with human affairs as much as before, but they still work with the government like normal, the only difference is that they are now the most powerful "people" in their respective countries but they're still bound by rules (but some rules could be changed or removed if completely necessary or all countries come to an agreement). The position in the government that all personified nations have would be what I call "Head Representative", also known as "World Council Representative".the World Council members are the nations.

I hope this explains stuff.

And also, I'm using a Portugal oc that belongs to GloriousBlue15 while Brunei belongs to bubblewraps101 . I just wanted to borrow OCs to make the book interesting and ended up with a fem!Portugal and Brunei. This is just for those wondering why Portugal is a girl.

Fifteen minutes.

That's how late America and Philippines were to their science class. Sure, they could easily get away by saying one of them went to the clinic and the other accompanied the first person. That could work, but Mr. Gregorio was as sharp as a knife when it came to liars; it's better if both nations would just skip science altogether, and since Philippines could use magic, why not use an illness spell?

That way they'd not only have a legit excuse for skipping class, but also they'd get to stay in the air conditioned clinic!
