**BRENT's POV**

Kakatapos lang naming mag practice and I've been busy for the whole day kaya hindi ko nakasama si Maxie ngayon. I did send a message to her a while ago but hindi pa sya nag re-reply that's why I keep on checking my phone kasi baka mag reply sya.

I've just inform her na hindi ko sya makakasama sa library ngayon dahil baka mag hintay sya sa akin.

"Brent, you look distracted" sita sa akin ni Reggy, teammate ko and one of my friend as well.

"I'm not" pagtanggi ko naman kaagad at umiling-iling pa ako.

"Yeah, keep fooling your self. Kanina ka pa tingin nang tingin sa cellphone mo" Mark pointed out kaya agad kong binitawan ang cellphone ko.

"Did I?" napakamot pa ako sa ulo ko.

"Yeah" sabay sabay na sagot nila kaya sinamaan ko sila nang tingin.

"You don't need to make me look so unprofessional!" Reklamo ko sa kanila.

"Whatever...Anyway, I don't know what to do with my girlfriend again" Mark sounds frustrated.

"Why, did you two fight again?" tanong naman ni Lhester. Kakabalik nya lang since bumili sya nang makakain namin.

"Nope, gusto nya lang na ipakilala nya ako sa family nya" Mark grinned at us at napatawa pa sila. Why are they laughing?

"Why? Did you get her pregnant? Am I gonna have an ugly niece?" Tanong ko naman habang kumakain nang jelly ace.

They glared at me.

Weird...

Did I got it wrong?

Binigyan ulit ako ni Reggy nang Jelly Ace and I took it at agad ko itong kinain. They were opening it for me since I can't open it by my self.

"Or perhaps she's scared that you will get someone pregnant?" dagdag ko pa kaya mas sinamaan nila ako nang tingin.

"It's better if you keep your thoughts to your self" Lhester frowned at me at binigyan nya din ako nang jelly ace.

"She just want our relation to be legal on both side of our family" paglilinaw naman ni Mark but I still think otherwise.

I'm sure he got her pregnant.

"Oh, speaking of girlfriend... Napansin ko na this past few months inspired na inspired kang mag aral" pag iiba ni Patrick sa usapan at agad namang nag tawanan ang mga teammates ko.

"Yeah, I've noticed it too" tumango pa si Lhester at lumapit sa akin "Every time na sinasamahan ko ang girlfriend ko kapag pupunta sya sa library lagi kitang nakikita duon"

"You've made the library your new home. Minsan ka na lang din sumama sa amin" tumawa pa si Mark and now it's their turn to tease me.

"Matataas na din ang mga score ni Brent" Dagdag pa ni Reggy "Mukhang gustong mapasama sa top"

"I bet he's in love" singit naman ni Pieter kaya napayuko na lang ako.

"Hah! With whom? Who's the unlucky girl?" tatawa tawang tanong nang isa ko pang teammate.

Why did I befriended these people anyway? They like to gossip like a sissy!

"Are you seriously asking us that?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ni Lhester.

"Who else could it be aside from that unsightly girl" Patrick shrugged at nagtawanan na naman sila kaya ibinato ko sa kanila yung pinagkainan ko nang Jelly Ace.

"Woah! Dude, we've just said some small things about her and you're already this mad? I knew it! You like her" itinaas pa ni Patrick ang mga kamay nya pero hindi pa din sila tumitigil sa pag tawa.

To be honest, Ang mga girlfriend nila ay magaganda. Matangkad, maputi, sexy, laging naka manicure at pedicure, rebonded at sikat.

All in all, ang girlfriend nila ay yung tipo nang babae na pang harap sa madaming tao.

Unlike my darling...

She's flat like a washboard and her nose was shy but I love everything about her.

"Are you really with her?" tanong naman nang isa ko pang teammate.

"How did you two even met?" binigyan pa ako ni Mark nang jelly ace and I took it again.

"She's not that gorgeous" dagdag pa ni Reggy "to be exact, she's not even beautiful. She looks normal"

"Every single imperfections and flaws on her was beautiful on it's own! I love her flaws!" I was so mad at them and I blurted it out by accident.

"Ooops" dagdag ko kaagad. "Can you pretend that I didn't say anything?"

Tinitigan lang nila ako na para bang hindi sila makapaniwala.

"Seriously? We were just teasing you! I didn't even think na magkakagusto ka sa kanya!" gulat na sabi ni Reggy.

"Ang akala ko ay tutor mo lang sya!" dagdag pa ni Mark at agad syang lumapit sa akin.

Maxie will surely slap me to death.

I need to buy a dozen of eggs for her kapag bibisita ulit ako sa bahay nila. And I might as well bring a washboard and kneel in front of her again.

"I bet she's from the college of education from the design of her I.D lace alone" usal naman ni Niel.

"Girlfriend mo na ba sya? Gaano katagal nang kayo?" tanong pa nang isang kaibigan ko.

They are asking me too much questions and it's making my head ache.

I don't want to deny my relationship with Maxie, though hindi pa kami.

I will be the biggest jerk if I did that and if Maxie happens to hear about it she will surely dump me.

"Alright, Alright, stop asking me those questions repeatedly. I'll talk" pag suko ko sa kanila.

"She's Maxie Shanell Montejo. A student from the College of Education. Her major was Special Needs Education. A Third year student as well and she's nineteen--" Hindi pa ako tapos mag salita when they interrupted me.

"At this rate you will surely tell us her three sizes" bahagya pa silang napatawa dahil sa sinabi ni Lhester.

I glared at them.

How would I know her three sizes? We're not doing any dirty things at all. And I still haven't hold her hands yet!

"Stop it! I'm still courting her and we haven't done any physical contact yet" paglilinaw ko sa kanila at pakiramdam ko ay nag iinit ang mga pisngi ko so I rubbed it.
