Undertale:The Dark Days to Come (Editing)

Chapter Seventeen

     Asriel groans and blinked awake. His head pounded. What happened? He reached up to scratch his head but his arm was blocked by something. Horns. Suddenly, the memories came flooding. Chara. The plan. Everything.
     "Asgore he's awake!"
     He went to stand up and the ground swayed beneath his feet.
     Steady now Goatkid.
     Asriel froze,"Ch-Chara?"
     Think it kid.
     Did it work?
     What do you think? Of course it did. Don't you feel it?
     He did. A space he never knew to be empty was filled. There was a strange tingling in his fingers.
     Chara, is that, magic?
     She didn't say anything, but he could feel her nodding. Weird.
     "Mom? Dad?"
     "Oh Azzi, what have you done?"
     "Only what had to be done mother. To protect Chara's soul."
     He looked up at his father. Asgore was still taller.
     But less powerful.
     He thought about what she just told him. He didn't want to hurt his dad.
     "Let me pass father."
     Asgore shook his head, his eyes filled with sorrow.
     "Heh. Funny how you thought I was asking."
     Asriel was shocked. He hadn't said those words. He felt a strange feeling in his chest, like something, someone pusshing him.
    Chara! What are you doing?
     Testing out my new body.
     Asriel unwillingly flicked his fingers and watched helplessly as Asgore collapsed. Chara mad him pick up her body.
     Chara stop!
     No answer.
     He moved with feet that weren't his and pushed passed Toriel.
     "Help!"He choked out before Chara regained control.
     Shut up Asriel!
     Toriel ran ahead, presumably to the Barrier. Chara made him run, barreling over his mom.
     No!
     If you value your parents life, you will shut up.
     He watched as the bright white light of the Barrier grew nearer. With a pop and a squeeze, the were free.

     Hey guys. 5th update this weekend. Cool. I guess.
