I was about to get up and leave when I heard rushed footsteps and panting a couple feet away from where I'm sitting.

I ignored it thinking, it was just another jogger when hey said something that made my heart stop.

"Am I late?"

I turned in my seat so it was looking at the person who just spoke.

And there he was. Hunched over sweating slightly and panting heavily.

He looked up from his position and gave me a lopsided smile.

"Hope I didn't keep you waiting."

As he said this he made his way around me and sat in the seat across from me.

It made me smile slightly. This guy, a guy in had met threw text messages and video chats probably ran all the way from his house to here just to see me.

It made my heart do jumping Jacks to be honest.

For a few minutes we just sat there studying each others faces. He would give me an occasional smile or grin filled with happiness and excitement.

"So, come here often"

I let out a small laugh.

"Old and overused line excepted. How you been Ion?"
