BLAIR POV
The next morning I woke up, a smile still on my face from last night. I opened my eyes and found Wesley's bed empty. He definitely had slept in it due to the fact that his sheets were crumpled and all out of place. I looked up more and found a note addressed to me on my night stand.

I opened the note and found Wesley's slanted handwriting,

 'Blair,

First of all good morning! You look pretty cute while you're sleeping, even if you do drool. We are going out at 10 so be ready and dress casually (wear comfortable shoes!). I went to the gym and to freshen up.

I'll see you at 10 beautiful :)

Wesley.'

I blushed as I read the note and saw he called me beautiful and looked at the clock, which read 9:15. "Crap!" I swore seeing I only had forty five minutes to get ready. I quickly ran to the showers and hopped in quickly.

When I got out I quickly pulled my clothes out. It was warm today so I decided on a black cropped t-shirt, high waisted jean shorts, and black Vans. I quickly blow dried my hair and tied it into a loose side braid.

I finished getting ready just in time when I heard the door open

I finished getting ready just in time when I heard the door open. Wesley came in, dressed in a t-shirt, khaki shorts, and sneakers, he was incredibly good looking. "You done checking me out? I wanna get going." He said with a smirk. I rolled my eyes at him and slipped my phone in my pocket, following him out the door.

We walked down the hall quietly, "Do you like what you see?" Wesley pointed to himself, smiling smugly.

I couldn't help but smile and blush, "Shut up." I joked.

"So what are we doing?" I asked as we stepped outside.

"It's a surprise." Wesley answered.

I groaned, "I hate surprises Wesley."

He smiled at me, "I figured." He smirked.

"You're not going to tell me are you?" I guessed.

Wesley shook his his head, "Uh uh."

He then intertwined his hand with mine, and I felt a blush creep on me for what seemed like the billionth time today. It felt nice holding his hand, it was large, about two times larger than mine, but it was warm and felt rough like he had been through some things, yet it felt comfortable to me, like my hand belonged in his.

We headed out to the parking lot and now my curiosity was really increasing. He escorted me to what I assumed was his car. It was a black pickup truck and was shiny and clean, like he had just cleaned it. He held the door open for me, "Thank you." I squeaked out.

"Your car is so clean." I complimented awkwardly.

Wesley scratched the back of his neck, and focused on pulling out of the parking space. "Thanks, I cleaned it last night." He mumbled.

"For me?" I asked gently.

He blushed. "Shut up." He said lightheartedly, not wanting to admit I was right.

We drove down the highway, the sun shining and the sky a bright blue color. Wesley turned on the radio, and soft voices hummed, filling up the silence in the car. The silence was comfortable, and I felt happy.

"Did I tell you that you look really pretty today?" He asked, peering over at me.

A smile grew across my face. "No, but thank you." I said softly. He nodded and focused back on the road.

The quiet resumed, my curiosity never ceasing. "Are you sure you can't tell me what we're doing or where we're going?" I sang desperately.

Wesley smiled, his eyes never leaving the road, "Blair, how could I ruin the surprise now when we've come so far? Besides now that I know you hate surprises, I definitely won't tell you. Just because I like you more than friends it doesn't mean I'm going to stop teasing you." He joked lightly. I giggled, and boldly leaned over and quickly pecked his cheek.

Wesley's face turned bright red, and he cleared his throat and adjusted his seat, causing another laugh out of me.

---BREAK---

Twenty minutes later, Wesley pulled to the side of the road. "First stop." He announced, shutting the car off. We were in a dirt parking lot and there were only three other cars present. There was woods and one dirt pathway.

I looked at him, "Are you going to kill me now?" I asked.

"Yes." He replied solemnly before flashing me a big, white grin.

He opened his door and hopped out, "C'mon!" He said. I slid out and followed behind him. We walked down the pathway, which eventually has signs that pointed forward. I could hear birds chirping overhead. I now understood why he told me to wear sneakers and was glad I did as we stepped over rocks and twigs.

After a short 5 minute walk, the path opened to a clearing, and I was blown away by what I saw. In front of me was a garden of the most beautiful flowers and in the center was a beautiful pool like feature. On the edge of everything was different sculptures of various things, all unique. The whole lawn was perfectly manicured and small benches littered the grounds. It was beautiful.

"What is this place?" I asked, in awe of everything.

"It's called Gordon Gardens. But I call it my special spot." He said with a smiled. I looked around, examining the sculptures, taking everything in.

"Do you- do you like it?" Wesley asked nervously.

I turned to him and he looked anxious for my answer, "I love it, it's so incredibly beautiful here." I said, walking up to him, lacing both my hands with his.

Wesley visibly relaxed at this, "I'm glad." He whispered before leaning down to kiss me.

We walked around hand in hand, chatting and enjoying each other.

"Wesley?" Someone called behind us. We turned around and there was a man holding a picnic basket walking towards us.

Wesley nodded, "Thanks man," He said before taking the basket from him.

"Care for some lunch?" He asked. I nodded, my stomach rumbling in agreement.

We walked over to the pool area and Wesley quickly set out a blanket. The two of us sat down and he quickly pulled out two peanut butter sandwiches, two cans of soda, and two apples. I quickly dug into my sandwich, devouring it hungrily.

"This is so nice." I said as I took in our view.

"I'm happy that you like it. I was nervous that you might be bored or something. I never take anyone here." He admitted. I couldn't help but smile knowing I was the first person he took here.

"How did you find this place anyway?" I asked.

Wesley's face hardened for a moment. "Do you want a soda? I'm thirsty!" He said, obviously trying to avoid the subject. He quickly flipped the tab, only to have the soda explode all over him. I couldn't help it- I completely lost it at that. I let out a loud laugh, and Wesley first looked embarrassed but quickly joined in on my laughter.

"You are completely ridiculous." I said between laughs.

"Yeah, but you like it." He said, pulling me closer to kiss me.
