I watch as my brother's best friend tried yet again to woo over the Evan's girl.

But before that I am Amelia Black the oldest twin Black child I was Gryffindor Sirius was my twin but was born like 0.2 seconds before him and I always use that against him. I sigh against Remus's arm. He was holding me back from hitting Lily. I shared a dorm with her and she always used to say how she was leading him on and that broke me on the inside. I break from the Were's grasp and I stomp over to the Evan's girl who was deliberately ignoring James advances on her. She looked at passing boys gave them bedroom eyes and waved sexily at them.

This bomb was about to blow.

Then she flipped her hair and giggled as her friends passed by. She pointed to James and rolled her eyes giggling.

"Oh ho bitch no."

I stand by James and I put my hands on my hips putting my weight on one leg.

"James babe what's this slut doing here?"

I gasp and I ball up my fist. He shrugs and looks dreamily at Lily.

"James 'babe' she is leading you on. She says she enjoys it every night in our dorms how you trip head over heals for her but she always says no and is trying hard to get James stop before you get hurt."

I feel a whoosh of air and I duck. I bend down dodging the slap and round the house kick Lily to the ground.

"Try me bitch"

I spit on her and glare. I shake my head and James looks at me. His eyes looked so dead.

"Why?"

Tears go to his eyes and he runs toward the castle.

"James! JAMES!"

Lily picks herself off the ground and glares at me.

"See not even he wants you. You're unwanted just kill yourself already."

I look at her and I shake my head.

"You don't know what I've been through. You don't know what I do and you sure as hell don't know me or James so stop acting like you fucking door. You attention whore."

I look over my shoulder to where James ran and I walk away with my head down.

I wipe a tear from my cheek and I walk past everyone. I keep walking even after I pass the treeline to the Forbidden Forest. I find a random tree and I slump down it. I take my knife out of my pocket. Regulus gave it to me for protection if I ever needed it.

I cut myself in a few places.

"Maybe she was right maybe I'm not wanted."

I hear a twig crack and I look in the direction where I heard the crack.

"Probably a monster."

I sigh.

"IF YOU ARE A MONSTER PLEASE KILL ME! I WILL GLADLY ACCEPT MY FATE!"

I yell crows fly from the top of the trees and James comes from behind a tree.

"Who was right? and why were they right?"

I shrug.

"Lily was right. She was right about no one wanting me and that I should kill myself."

He nods his head and stands me up. He hugs me and I try to wiggle out of his grasps.

"I don't want you. I need you. You shouldn't kill yourself, you should cherish every moment cause one day it'll be all gone and you'll never get that back."

I shrug and I scoff.

"Not what everyone else says."

He rolls his eyes and cups my cheeks in his hands.

"Everyone can suck Voldesmoldy's dick."

I go to speak but James kisses me. He wasn't rough but it was nice.

Different. Different from the screams and shouts my mother gave to me during summer. Different than what people bully me.

It was nice and caring. For once. Caring.

I sigh into the kiss and I wrap my arms around his neck for support.

He pulls away and smiles.

"I was chasing the wrong girl the whole time. She was right in front of me. Never even noticed. Date me?"

I sigh and roll my eyes. I cross my arms and inspect my nails.

"I suppose if I have to."

He chuckles.

"You have to. Then Sirius owes me and Remus 5 galleons."

"But-"

He rolls his eyes.

"Just do it."

"Kiss me again."

He raises an eyebrow and I kiss him.
