(BTW: kind of based off of the season 2 finale, but a little different)
Matt's pov- The explosion. Brett and Gabby were in there. Juliet is at school.
Once we heard the explosion, we all raced into the building. "Dawson, Brett, call out!" We all looked for them.
Soon, we heard, "Over here!" It was Brett. We made our way over to see Brett performing CPR on Gabby. We got both girls out. After we placed Gabby on the stretcher, Severide continued CPR and Brett drove. I got in the back of the Ambo. I thought to myself, "She'll be okay. She has to be. For Juliet. For me."
Severide finally got a pulse, but it was very weak. At Med, they took Gabby right into the trauma room. We all sat down. Boden walked up to me. "Casey, if you need to leave to get Juliet, you can. We will update you." I shook my head. "No. I'll get her once I see if Gabby is okay."
About 30 minutes later, Dr. Halstead came into the waiting room and walked over to us. "Matt, I'm sorry. We did everything. It was too bad. I'm so sorry." I began to break down a little. I can't believe it. Gabby's dead.
