Life's a journey
a winding trail
Random forks in the road
And twists we don’t see coming.
Beautiful as life is,
As much fun and excitement we might have,
Life can never be one thing.
Life isn’t fair.
Fair is not in its vocabulary,
Or hidden in the sharp turns on the trail.
If you want something you have to get it yourself
With no help from life or death. Neither are on your side.
If you want something
You have to get it yourself with everything working against you.
Life is an adventure,
And not a kind one.
