Chapter 25

Nicky's POV

We're moving today! I got up excited. I got my clothes then showered. I walked out of the bathroom 35 minutes later.

"Hey mom!" I said.

"Hey sweetie. You look excited huh." Christina said.

"I am. Even though I'll miss this house, I think it's gonna be fun in our new home." I said.

"It's gonna be fun there sweetie. We're going to start a new life, forget all of the bad things that has happened." Christina said then kissed my head.

"When will the truck arrive?" I asked.

"It's outside! C'mon, help your mom load the truck." Christina laughed. I nodded.

I got a few boxes then put them in the truck. Christian, Lisa and Lauren are helping. Seyanna's trying though. The guys who were helping us are carrying the furniture. We finished in no time.

"Mom, how long will our trip take?" Seyanna asked.

"About 30 hours sweetie." Christina said.

"30 hours?! Where are we going to move? Why is it so far?" I asked. My eyes widened when Christina said 30 hours.

"Malibu, California sweetie. I know it's far but I promise, you'll enjoy living there. We used to live there until we moved here. The beaches there are so beautiful." Christina nodded.

"Can we watch the sunset there everyday?" I asked.

"Sure. I know a great spot where we can watch the sunset in the beach. Plus, our house has a rooftop, you can also watch the sunset there." Christina asked.

"Are we gonna take stops while we're on the road?" Seyanna asked.

"Of course sweetie. We might also check in in a hotel." Christina said. Seyanna nodded.

"Are your bags with you?" Christina asked. We all nodded.

"Let's go." Christina said then we all packed inside Christian's car.

I mean Christina, Seyanna and I in Christian's car and Christian, Lisa and Lauren in Lisa's car. Christina's truck was left in their house but it will also be in Malibu later when her boyfriend Nick drives it there.

The guy in the truck in front of us started driving. Christina started the car and drove. Christian and the girls are behind us. We're in a convoy.

We're now here in our new house. We went inside to check the house out. It's big and has a lot of rooms.

"This house is so cool." I said. Seyanna nodded in agreement.

"We'll make new memories here. Good memories." Christina said. I smiled.

"Wanna check out the rooms?" Christina asked. I nodded.

I grabbed Seyanna's arm so she'll come with us. We walked up the front stairs and checked out all the rooms.
I find the first room on the right cute cause it's wallpaper is sky blue with faded clouds near the ceiling.

"Are we gonna have our own rooms or share one?" I asked Christina

"You decide." Christina said with a smile.

"Do you want to have your own room?" I asked Seyanna.

"Having my own room is okay and so does sharing one with you." Seyanna said with a smile.

"If you're going to have your own room, which room are you going to pick from those we checked?" I asked Seyanna.

"The pinkish white one." Yanna said.

"Okay. We'll have our own rooms." I said to Christina.

"Which room do you guys want?" Christina asked.

"I want the blue one." I said.

"The pinkish white one." Seyanna said. Christina nodded.

"Okay, we'll put all your stuff in your rooms but first, we need to do this." Christina said. Seyanna and I gave her a confused look.

"While Lauren is fixing her stuff in her room, we will carry those boxes to the rooftop." Christina said, pointing at the boxes near the stairs.

"Those boxes has signs and everything you need for courting." Christina added.

"Courting? What's courting?" I asked confused. I don't have any ida what that is.

"Courting is when a guy asks a girl to be his girlfriend." Seyanna said. How did she know that?

"Yanna's right. But how did you know sweetie?" Christina asked.

"I witnessed one in the orphanage." Yanna laughed.

"Who's courting who?" I asked.

"Christian. He's gonna ask Lauren to be his girlfriend." Christina whispered. My eyes widened.

"They're gonna be cute." I managed to say. Seyanna and Christina nodded in agreement.

"Don't tell Lauren. It's gonna be a surprise." Christina said.

Lauren's POV

We finally arrived. We fixed all our stuff in our rooms. I got this beige room that's kinda big. It's kinda boring but not for long. I'm gonna put decoration and stuff soon.

I was about to put my luggage in my closet when I heard scratches on my door. I opened the door and saw Jacob. I noticed that his collar has a "follow me" sign. He started running.

"Hey Jacob! Wait!" I shouted as I ran after him.

I followed him and he stopped in front of the stairs to the rooftop. The stairs has a sign that says "go up". I got curious and walked up the stairs.

I opened the door and saw Christina, Lisa, Seyanna, Nicky and..... Christian holding a guitar and a banner. It says "girlfriend?" The girls banners formed "will you be my" there were flower petals all over the floor.

Gosh. My eyes widened when I saw this and left my mouth open. Christian started singing and playing the guitar. He walked to me while singing the song. He stopped singing few minutes later and placed the guitar on the floor.

He hold my hand and asked.

"Lauren Christine Cimorelli, will you be my girlfriend?"

Oh. My. Gosh. My cheeks burned red. I looked into his blue eyes. His gorgeous blue eyes has sparkles in them. I was speechless. So speechless.

"Yes." I managed to say. Christian's eyes widened.

"You said yes?" Christian asked, not believing what I said.

I nodded while smiling. A wide smile appeared on Christian's face.

"We're official!" Christian shouted then started to jump up and down.

He hugged me after he calmed down.

"I love you." Christian said then hugged me again.

"I love you too." I said.

Okay guys this story is finally over! But don't worry, I have 2 stories on going 😏 The first one is like a sequel to this. Christian, Nicky, Seyanna and the girls are there. It's focused on Christian and Lauren so basically it's their love story but I put on a twist (idrk if it's a twist tho) I'm going to put the chapter 1 here later. I hope you enjoy it.
