I woke up scared as shit and anxious like it was my wedding day. I put on the outfit I planned two days ago, fixed my makeup and finally my hair. I couldn't tie it to a bun on my first day, so I curled them all the way down and head out to the kitchen signalling dad to get up and give me a ride.

I would've drove myself but I don't have a car here and I don't know where the school is. Too many reasons.

"Good luck baby girl! Make me proud!"
Mum yelled giving me an air kiss.

"Bye mum."
I waved goodbye.

-------------------------------

"This is it."
Dad said as he pulled off his range rover.

"Yup."

"Best of luck princess."

"I'm scared dad. This isn't my school."

"Make it yours then."

"I can't, I'll get lost anyway."

Dad looked behind me through my window.

"Hey isn't that Ellie? Your mother's friend son?"

I turned around insanely fast that I hurt my neck.

"Yeah I guess."
I pretended to hesitate even tho I knew it was him.

"Let's ask him to show you the place! You'll love it!"

"No no dad I'm fi-"

"Hey Ellie!"
My dad yelled as I hid my face.

"Hey how are you today young man?"
Asked dad.

"I'm fine sir, how's your morning?"
Ellie gently replied.

"Good, good. Hey umm, do you mind showing Melody around? I don't want her to get lost on her first day of school."

Normally I would've objected, but not having a choice made me want that willingly.

"Yeah of course I'd be happy to!"
Ellie smiled.

I smiled back and nodded. I unbuckled my seatbelt, kissed my dad goodbye, and then got out of the car.

"Nice ride."
He smirked as soon as my dad took off.

"Yeah say that to the Bentley you rode home that night."

"What night?"
He giggled.

I glared at him and tried to ignore my inner feelings of how gorgeous he looked in his football uniform. Or as it's known here in the US, soccer.

"Shall we?"
He smiled.
I nodded and took off.

I swear I could feel them staring at me all the way up and down from head to toe, it felt awful. Girls obviously hated me and will forever hate me for having Ellie show me around, plus this outfit looks gorgeous on me I'd hate me too. But with respect to guys they were all saluting Ellie and then turning to me smiling and smirking. Some of them did faces I couldn't understand.

"This is the hallway that has rooms from 105 to 115"
Ellie pointed to a hallway that barely had two groups of people in it.

"So, my first second and fifth periods are here?"
I asked.

"No way I have my second period here too! What class?"
He asked.

"French."

"Ah no I have Spanish."
He looked disappointed.

"What do you have on fifth period?"

"English."

"Hello fellow classmate."
He smirked.
