Meanwhile, a few moments after Hiccup and Valka were talking down by the shore, Astird was saddling up Stormfly. Eret and Skullcrusher were walking buy, about to saddle up as well when Astrid stopped him and asked," Eret, how bad is this. This whole situation... Will Hiccup be ok?"
Eret looked down for a brief moment, then back at Asttid. " If I'm being honest, I honestly don't know. Drago has used this before on my men.. They turned on me, tried to kill me but ended up destroying themselves.."
Astrid didn't understand what he meant "That doesn't make any sense, destroy themselves??"
Eret took in a deep breath, released it and spoke softly, "When under the control of this spell... They would do anything for Drago, even if it meant risking their own lives or the lives of their friends..Depending on what Drago commands." Astrid was shocked and terrified!!
Hiccup wouldn't turn on them, he was too strong for that, but the real question hunted her... Was it possible that the spell was stronger then Hiccup?
