One mistake
That's all it takes
To break a heart
Oh how it aches
Gone is love, only pain
No more joy, just disdain
The memories fade but my feelings stay
Our skies of blue now turns to gray
I once was whole but now no more
My heart and soul went out the door
Why did it have to happen to me?
Why couldn't just love leave me be?
Love turned me into someone I'm not
Love took away everything I've got
Love made me weak and made me care
Love brought me pain I couldn't bear
All love ever does is break and take
Falling in love was my one mistake
