in chapter 4 where aera touches jaebum and he tells her to "scratch it where you [she] touched it" people keep commenting:
"what"
"weirdo"
"i'm confused"
sO to clear this up!!!! jaebum has a textile disorder — being touched lightly sets him off.
this is why:
— jaebum wanted to push aera off when she was asleep and just wrapped loosely around him
— he pulled her closer and wrapped his arm around her tightly
— he is never really gentle
— he often has his and aera's hipbones pressed together roughly
furthermore, jaebum wants to be close to her. he wants to touch her like she's touching him but with his disorder, he can only be rough.
