Full Moon

Cassy Dumbledore POV

I opened my eyes. I was staring at the gross, dusty ceiling of Sirius' lounge.
There was a weird snorting noise and then a grunt. I looked around to see Sirius spreadeagled on the sofa. I laughed to myself.
I stood up and stretched. I walked into the kitchen and found some headache pills. We had been drinking the night before so my head was pounding. I found some pills and gulped down some water.
Then I heard a knock on the door. I knew it was protected so it must have been an order member.
I went over to the window and looked out. It was Remus. I ran over to the door and opened it.
He fell into my arms.
"Remey? "
He groaned.
"Oh my gosh are you ok?"
He groaned again then collapsed.
I staggered but held his weight. I pulled him over to Sirius and laid him down.
I struggled to think of the date.
"It's the full moon tonight!" I said.
Remus nodded.
I ran over to Sirius.
"Wake up!"
He groaned and rolled off the sofa.
I summoned sone headache pills and chucked them at him.
"Remus is here. It's full moon tonight."
Sirius jumped up, and fell down again. He swallowed the pills and then stood up slowly.
He rushed over to Remus.
"Come on buddy." He said, getting Remus up, and with my help we got him to the nearest room.
We put him down on the bed and Sirius went and got a wet blanket for his forehead.
"You're gonna be fine." I assured him.
"I know." He said, "I'm with you." I grinned.
"Here you go." Sirius said as he rushed through the door.

Remus howled. He was in chains in the basement. We couldn't risk getting him out incase something went wrong. We weren't reckless teenagers anymore.

Sirius groaned.
"I hate hearing him like that. I'm going to go keep him company."
I stared at him.
"If you do that, I'm coming with you."
He shook his head.
"If it gets too much for me, we can both do it."
I nodded, thinking that I would go down and help him very soon.
He changed into Padfoot and ran out the door.
There was now only a little bit of howling. Then there was an extremely loud whine.
I stopped dead, changed in my Pheonix and flew out the room and down to the basement.

In the large room I saw the werewolf towering over a very ingured Padfoot.
I swooped in close, grabbed Sirius, and using the amazing strength of a Pheonix, I carried him out.
I carried him up to the kitchen table and placed him on it.
He was pretty badly ingured. He had two deep gashes down his side that were bleeding a lot. He had loads of smaller cuts and a lot of battered areas.
"Can you change back Sirius?" I asked him.
He gently nodded and then changed back.
It had taken all his energy to do that and he blacked out.
I quickly tended to most of his needs.
Now he was in human form, you could see all the bruises. They covered almost every inch of his body. I applied dittany on his gashes and put bandages over them. Then I put a sleeping spell on him to make sure he rested.
I levitated him off the kitchen table and up to his room.
I then transformed into my Pheonix form and flew down to the basement.

I surveyed the werewolf. It ran at me, I dodged out the way. I flew at it and pushed it back. We faced each other off. I ended up with several gashes but I couldn't let the werewolf break down the dungeon door which was beginning to happen. I pushed it back again.
Eventually, the night ended. I flew quickly outside the dungeon door and picked up some clothes for Remus that he had left there.

I hardly made it up the stairs. I knew I couldn't do anything for myself as a pheonix, so I transformed back to human form.
I fell to the floor and took one look at my body. Blood was pouring out of gashes over my chest. Bruises covered me.
My wand lay on.the kitchen table.
"Accio wand." I whispered. I did a small amount of healing spells and stopped the blood flowing.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. I knew it was someone from the order, because Dumbledore ensured it.

I knew the spell required to unlock the chains would drain quite a lot of my energy.
I closed my eyes, performed the spell to unlock the door and felt my head spin.
I heard footsteps, just as I blacked out.
