Luke's POV
I feel really bad for Vane moving right before schools starts. She is leaving her friends again. When dad died and mom moved us here she was heartbroken to leave her friends. Especially because we didn't make enough money for her to have a phone, just an old iPod that she can only use Facebook messages on. She is going to be so surprised when mom gives her the new phone we got her.
Vanes POV
I can't wait to see Hunter and Christina! I have missed them so much! I hear Luke calling my name. "Yeah?" "It's time to go. We won't make it to the airport in time if we don't leave now." I looked at my phone. 3:36! Our flight is at 4 and it takes 15 minutes to get there! "Okay let's go!" We rushed to the car, and left. When we got to the airport, it was already 3:53. We got to the gate and they almost didn't let us in. We got on the plane and I said bye to Long Beach, California
This is really short but this is mainly here to introduce the next chapter. The next chapter will be longer.
