Chapter 8: mmm...Meliodas

Meliodas point of view

"......thank you." Y/n said in a soft tone as her voice was shaking as she began to cry. Then not long after she continued. "Thank you so much for finding me, for healing my wound, for taking care of me, for helping me, and for fighting for me. I'm so great full to run into the hands of a caring and kind group of people. This is the nicest thing anyone has done for me. I've had a hard life and I've been through thick and thin and for that I just want to thank everyone." She was still bowing down to us. The room was silent from the shock on everyone's faces after what she just said. This made me smile so I decided to break the silence. "Hahahaha! Oh y/n! There's no need to thank us. We help anyone and everybody! We treat our friends like family, and that's because they are! Your part of the family now! So welcome home y/n!" I said as I waved my hands in the air. King, hawk, Elizabeth, Ban, and Diane joined me by smiling and adding in "yeah!." This made y/n shoot her head up shocked at what she heard, followed by more tears coming down her face and a smiling appearing after that as well. Then she replied to us with a nod. Then Elizabeth went up to her and gave her a hug. At that moment it clicked to me about earlier. how and why everything started in the first place. "Oh yeah y/n! So why is the holy Knights and demon guards 'REALLY' coming after you? And Why is your father so despite to have you back? And why is he going through a lol this trouble to do so? And in such a short amount of time anyway?" I could tell she heard what I said, because Y/n pulled herself away from Elizabeth's hug, whipped her tears away, and faced the group with a smile.

Y/n point of view

After what Meliodas just asked me, I pulled myself away from Elizabeth's hug, I whipped my tears, and faced the group with a smile. In this situation, there was really nothing to smile about but.......I can't seem to put it away. "Oh yeah.....right......well it's a long story if I'm being honest....." Those nine words made everyone sit in a chair, and telling by the action they just took, they didn't care how long it's going to be, they just listened. "Um...ok! Well we're do I begin! Well as you know my father is the demon king, who long ago, married a beautiful and strong women. Her name was (your moms name) but she died in the hands of my father after the battle he had with you guys long ago as well. After you, Meliodas, took his power so he couldn't hurt anyone anymore, he tried his hardest to gain more power back but to become more powerful at the same time. My mom was the beautiful queen of the heavens. She was a god." This seemed to shock everyone, including Meliodas, like he knew something."so my father killed her for power! But to him, it wasn't enough. He needed more, he was craving it! He was always and always has been obsessed with being the Most powerful man alive. His goal, is to take over the whole world with his demon army, to become the most powerful one of them all, and to kill every single one of the seven deadly sins. But he soon found out a secret my mom kept from him for ages now. He found out that on a blood moon that only comes every 15 hundred years, you must drink the blood of the chosen one who has the most power of the human race and the demon race combined.....more powerful than every living thing on earth...." I trailed off my sentence because saying all this brought back memories and it was too much for me. Then I heard king say something. "Well then!? Who's the chosen one! Who's that one that holds the most power of all of us?!?? Who!!! I must know!!" King said as he was jumping up and down, this caused everyone to smile bigger than before and it caused Diane and ban to chuckle and Elizabeth and hawk to laugh. But Meliodas still was looking at me waiting for me to answer. But what I was gonna say, would make the smiles  disappear."..........its.......me...." I said as I began to cry....." That's why my stupid father is after me! He wants to kill his own daughter! Just to become more powerful! And he Doesn't even care...." I was balling my eyes out now...... I covered my eyes with my hands so no one could see my eyes. But I continued. " he knew I was the chosen one, so he sealed the power I had so I wouldn't try stopping him. Because my mom said I had a powerful gift and that my duty was to help people.... Keep fight...... Find you guys..... And to stop my father. BUT I CANT! I'm a useless girl who sits and cries all day doing nothing but running away from my problems. My father wanted to keep me save till the blood moon came so he sealed me in the holy Knights jing jail prison till that day came. And..... And...." I couldn't continue, it's too much and I couldn't stop crying! I knew I was soon gonna run out of tears. But then I fell warm and strong head rap around me, holding me tight. I took my hands away from my eyes and look up to see Meliodas hugging me. This caused Elizabeth to smile like she shipped us and caused Diane to frown  like she wanted to kill us. Meliodas was softly stroking my hair and he buried his face into my neck. I could feel his warm breathe on me and I could even hear his heart beat. Then Meliodas started speaking which I listened to. "We understand how hard it is. It's fine you don't have to continue. Thanks for filling us in." He then let me go as he whipped away my tears. He made me feel better! Just looking at that goofy smile on his face made he smile. We locked eyes. All I seen was his beautiful green eyes that was filled with care and joy, just like his heart. He was indeed cute, I'm not gonna lie. My crazy thoughts caused me to blush. Then the moment was Ruined when I felt two heads touch my breast. I become really read. "Oh my god! Just like her butt!!" Meliodas said in a exciting tone. Hawk then kicked him to the ground really hard. Then when he got back up like nothing happened, Diane kicked him into the face which caused him to fly out the door. I just stood there in shock and embarrassment. Diane went to the door and screamed out to him. "YOU STINKIN' PERVERT!!" then she slammed the door close just then, Elizabeth and hawk walked next to both sides of me and began to talk. "Sorry about that y/n , that's our captain for you. A pervert who never gives up..." Hawk said as he shook his head in disappointment. That caused me and Elizabeth to look at each other and laugh. I knew I was gonna make some new and amazing friends here.

" FOODS READY!" Ban yelled. Everyone sat at the table ready to be served. Then we heard a the door open. Meliodas was back! But he had a smile on his face when he walked in, LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED?!?
"Oh! dinner's ready? Great!" Meliodas said in a cheerful tone as he sat next to me. Ban served his yummy chicken legs and the group soon began to eat.

After everyone finished eating. We decided to head up to bed. Hawk and  Meliodas shares a room, ban and king share a room, and Diane and Elizabeth also share a room. Because hawk sleep on the ground and Meliodas had a king sized bed for himself, he offered to share. I accepted, only because hawk was going to be there to save me if Meliodas became a pervert. Everyone was soon and fast asleep but me and Meliodas was still awake. Hawk fell asleep fast but before he went to sleep, he tied Meliodas up so he would do anything funny. The room was silent until I hear Meliodas snore. I shot my head to the side to find Meliodas also fast asleep. 'When in the Thor did he fall asleep?' I thought to myself as I looked deep into his face. I looked at him for what felt like ages. Every time I look at him I tense up and I start to blush. But I have a deep feeling in my heart we met and knew each other once upon a time. But I didn't let it bother me so much as my eyes slowed began to close. I soon drifted off to sleep as I said his name.
"Mmmm.....Meliodas........"
Soon everything went black.
