chapter 53: A change of character

Hey guys! It's been a while I know 😅😅 my bad. BUT heres an update to make up for it?haha....ha..... Yea.....

Meliodas point of view

Everything's black. I don't know where I am, or how I got here. I don't know what's happening, why this happened, or how it happened.

Last thing I remember is leaving the tent with anger running through my veins outta nowhere. my body started going stiff and my mind started to get fuzzy. And I started losing control of my body and mind around that time like I did inside of the tent. Other than that, everything is blank. I can't remember anything. I have no memory of anything after that. And that bothers me. Now I already know something's up. That Liza chick did something to me. I know it, it should've clicked into my head that there was something funny about her the minute I walked into that tent. I'm lacking. I should've known better. I've should've sensed something was wrong with her. But I didn't. And that's what bothers me most. This Liza woman must be powerful if she's able to hide her ability and If she can easily take control of my emotions. Because if that's the case, then that's a gonna be a big problem. And that's not even the only problem. She knows me. Too well. She might have seemed like she didn't but I know now she dose. But how. How dose she know my anger is my biggest weakness. And why would she wanna use that against me. What's her motive..... I can't figure this out or get any answers I want by being here. I gotta get out somehow. If I had to take a lucky guess of where I'm at, I'd have to say my mind's in a deep sleep and my body's outta my control. And the only time this ever happened was when I was at my biggest point of anger. And last I remembered, that didn't go well. I don't know what the hells happening outside this black world I'm in, or who I'm around. But all I hope for now, is that I get outta this fast. I have to.
I started looking around for any possible signs or any flashes of light that might help me get outta here faster. But I seen absolutely nothing. I then started walking around. This entire area was like an endless dark room. Good thing about this is that I can move.
I walked in all possible directions hoping to find some door, a wall that may block my way, or even a corner. But I knew that was going to end up being impossible to find.....knowing the fact that there's nothing but utter blackness. So, scratch finding my way out. I need to start thinking of a way outta this. Besides, my anger is the reason I got into this mess. I need to think of a way to turn that around and get me out.
Just like last time.
I closed my eyes and Tried to empty my thoughts. I need to concentrate......

Hawks point of view

y/n took a step forward and raised her hand towards him as she had concern written all over her face. Just like the rest of us. And that's when everything took a turn for the worst. Everything went in slow motion. It all happened so fast. I didn't really know what just happened. None of us did. All I know now, is that y/n was thrown all the way across the room, lying against the floor. All you heard was 'gasps' that echoed throughout the room. Elizabeth and I called out for her to see is she was okay . But she wasn't moving at all. I then signed in relief when I seen her trying to sit up. Y/n held onto her abdomen while she covered her month, trying to prevent herself from coughing up blood. "Oh My Gosh, Y/N!!" Diane and Elizabeth yelled as they ran to her side immediately. Me following behind. "Captain!?!? What the hell was that for?" Ban yelled as he turned captain to look at him by his shoulder. Which probably wasn't the best idea at the moment. Before Bans's hand could leave Mel's shoulder, he grabbed his wrist, twisted it, and sent him flying into the bar. You heard his body slam against the counter, heard glass break as it fell to the ground. He threw him so quickly, not even ban could dodge it. it scared the crap outta me! Causing me to quickly waddle underneath y/n's arm. "Sir Meliodas, p-p-please....tell us, w-whats troubling y-you?" Elizabeth stuttered. He slowly turned his focus onto the four of us. nothing but hatred in his bright emerald green eyes, that pierced into each of our souls at once. Sent chills downs down my spine! I swear!!!
Then, right then and there, he took a step towards us as his hair fell, covering his eyes. Causing me and Elizabeth to sharply drawn a breath. Diane and Merlin stood in front of us, going into a battle stance.

" Elizabeth! hawk! we need you to watch over y/n! until we calm captain down!" Merlin said looking at us, over her shoulder. Both Elizabeth and I nodded as we look at y/n. she was breathing heavily. I then realized, over on the side, ban standing up, trying to regain his balanced, as he repeatedly rotated his arm clockwise. "Gowther! can you see whats going on inside his damn brain that's causing him to go at it like this?!" Ban raised his voice as he glared at meliodas. "I'm sorry. But I can not." Gowther said looking straight at the captain. "What the hell you mean?" "There seems to be a problem. Something or someone is blocking me from doing so. Because of that, I can not." Gowther explain.

Meliodas then took another step.

Ban and king went into a battle stance behind meliodas, as Diane and Merlin did the same in front. "So, whats the plan?" King asked. "Simple. We Keep Captain away from y/n. Try draining him out. Calming him down." Merlin said. Meliodas moved his head a certain way, causing him to reveal his eyes to us. This time, they were different. It was no longer that Beaultiful green color that made his eyes pop. That'd make a girl's heart melt. That emerald green color that lit up anyones day. Those eyes that matched his smile that he showed everyday. That color of life, was gone. HIs eyes was now a mixed red and purple color. A dark color. Could barely see his pupil. " Mind moving outta my way?...." Me and Elizabeth jumped at the sound of his voice. He spoke..His voice? Its different. It's his voice but somehow it wasnt at the same time.......i may not know what's really going on or why its going on. But one thing I definitely do know, is that, thats not our captain talking.

Elizabeth's Point of view

"Mind moving outta my way?...." Meliodas said with his head lilted to the side. "Sorry but thats not gonna happen" Diane said "Listen, your under a spell. This isnt you. You need to li-"

He then took another step.

"I said get outta my way. Im not going to ask again." He said more stern this time. As he said this his eyes flashed. And at the same time, so did the necklace y/n was wearing. Huh..... weird.   

Looks like naamahr5 was right, it's the necklace.
