Chapter 46: A date?

Everything is FINALLY back to normal. Y/n has slowly been getting here memory back, and your finally back to your old normal looking self. Everything has been fine too. No battles, no fights, no trouble. But something didn't feel right. It felt like as if something was missing. Did you and the gang forget something? Eh!!!! who cares!!! it doesn't matter anyway. Because everything was just perfect at the moment. And nothing could go wrong!

Y/n point of view

"here you go sir, one cup of beer, and one classic bowl of chicken soup." I said as I handed the man his order. "why thanks beautiful..." he said with a perverted smirk. Ew.......... i thought to myself. I just smiled back at the man and his friends and walked back to the counter where I found ban and hawk talking as Ban was cooking up another meal for the men at table 3. King was also behind the counter cleaning the dishes. I walk towards him and gave him my tray.
"Hey! hows work going so far?" king asked as he glanced up at me, not stopping himself from cleaning. "It's ok i guess. No one made any perverted comments yet, thank god..." Ban and king chuckled. "But I made a good load of tips!" I said as i pulled out a hand full of money out of my bra. "That's great! but ah......why did you just pull out all your tips from your bra?" hawk asked as he walked across the counter to get a better look at me. "well why do you think? I have no pockets with this outfit! I swear i think every step i take, this outfit gets smaller and smaller by the second!" I say as i cover my breast and behind. Ban chuckled. He pulled up two plates of steak and beans for table 3. He leaned on the counter and rested his chin on his hand. "Then why don't you just use the money you have and buy you a knew outfit?" hawk jumped up with excitement from ban's idea. "YEA!!!! you should! I bet your little Mel-Mel would looooooooove to see you in something 'new'........" Hawk said as ban and king followed with a "Mmmhmmm..." Hawk, ban, and king gave me a 'you know its true' look. I blushed soooooo hard. My face turned into like 50 shades of red in a matter of seconds. I made a 'mph!' Sound as I took the two plates and walked away. From behind me I heard them laugh. I smirk at the thought of it. Buying me a new outfit? Hmmm..... not a bad idea. It would be nice to buy me something new to wear instead of wearing this short ting top that hides 12% of my boobs and this short skirt that hides 2% of my ass! I should buy me something pretty. Something..... Meliodas might like. Yea.... I'll do that....:)
I walked up to table 3 and placed down their order. "Two steak and bean dishes for table 3." I said as I placed each dish in front of the two drunk men. Before I could walk away, one of the men leaned in close with a smirk. His breath smelled like strong beer. And it didn't smell good. "Hey gorgeous.... why don't you sit with us for a bit...." he said as he stroked my hand. I immediately pulled my hand away and turned around. "Yea no thanks... Anyway, enjoy your-" I was cut off when the other man pull me from my waist on to his lap. "Oh come on... don't be like that" he said leaning into my neck. I started pushing him away but he wouldn't budge! "I said no now let me go!" Before he could reply back, I was immediately pulled off the mans lap. "M-meliodas?" I said as I look at him. He pulled me behind him as he was still holding my hand. He looked at the two men and smiled. "I think it's time for you two scums to leave now." "Scums!?!" They both repeat. Both men looked at each other and stood up. One of them was tall. And he walk up towards melidoas and look down on him with a mean look.  "Listen pip squeak, we ain't going any-" the man was interrupted when meliodas yanked him by his shirt collar, bringing him closer towards meliodas's face. "I. Said. Leave......." he said in a low demanding tone. And this time. He wasn't smiling. Meliodas let go of the man's collar when he shoved him backwards. The man bumped into the other one and they both lost balance for a sec, then regained it again. The shorter one whispered something into the tall ones ear and then looked back at me and meliodas. "Both of y'all are gonna pay! Watch your backs........ common man..." and with that, they both left.

There was a couple of seconds of silence until I heard a big huff come from meliodas. I started to panic! What if he thinks I was flirting with another guy!??! What if he thinks I don't like him anymore!?!?? Eeeeee!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to doooo!!!!😓😧
Before I could 'completely' panic, i tried  getting his attention. "Uh.....? Mel?" He didn't respond with words. Well not at that moment. After a moment, meliodas let go of my hand and  brought both of his hands to the back of his head for support, and turned around with a big goofy smile. "Wanna go take a walk down to the village?"
I blank a couple of times. "The village? Why u wanna go down there?" Meliodas gave me a confused look. "Didn't u wanna go and get u a new outfit?" He said bringing his arms down tilting his head to the side. I blushed. "Wha-wh-what!?!?? Ho-how did u!?!-" "I over heard you guys talking and I heard you had some tips on you that you had earned today. The least you can do is buy yourself something nice."  He said to me with a smile. "So? Wanna go on a date?" All I did was smile back at him and nod. "Ok!" 😊
