Chapter 3

It was raining heavily,something rare if you live in L.A..

I quickly got inside the apartment,and sighed deeply..

Kate:hey!you are back!how did the interview go?

I left my bag on the table and handed her the folder..

(Y/N):are you gay..?seriously Kate?!

She took the folder..

Kate:what?i havent seen a pictute of him with a woman..so you never know..

I rolled my eyes and walked to the kitchen,to make a sandwhich..

Kate:so,how was it?

I smirked a bit,grabbing the bread..

(Y/N):it was okay..quite embarassing but okay..

She walked to the kitchen,watching me making the sandwhich..

Kate:come on,admit it..he is hot as fuck..

I chuckled..

(Y/N):he sure is..

She giggled and noticed his card ready to fall out from my bag..

Kate:wait,is that his card?!

She grabbed the card and i looked at her..

(Y/N):yeah,he said that if i need anything else,i should contact him..

She had a big smile on her face and looked at me with begging eyes..

Kate:please!i would do anything if you called him and suggest him for a photo-shoot for the college newspaper!

I widen my eyes..

(Y/N):are you serious?Kate there is no way i would do that!

She made those begging eyes and i crossed my arms..

(Y/N):i am sorry Kate..but i cant..

She frowned..

Kate:fine then!

Then,she grabbed my sandwhich and walked back to the living room..

I walked out of the apartment,heading for my car so i could get to work on time..

"(Y/N)!"

I smiled knowing this voice..

(Y/N):Ben!

He smiled and gave me a small hug..

Ben:you know..i was wondering if you had some time for coffee..to talk a little bit..

I smiled and slightly blushed at his suggestion..

I already know that Ben has feelings for me..but i only see him as a friend..

(Y/N):i would love that but i need to get to the pizzeria before boss gets angry again..

I unlocked my car and he gave me a small smile..

Ben:i understand..oh!

He opened the car door for me and i giggled..

I got inside and he closed it..

(Y/N):thank you Ben!

He smiled and started walking down the sidewalk..

I started my car and made my way to the pizzeria..

Thank God,boss didnt yell at me this time..

I walked up and down on the dining area,watching the kids until i felt a small buzz from my phone..
