Jacob had taken Mason home that evening so that he could collect some things to spend the night at there's and go to the ED with Jacob the next morning.
He woke in the guest room, grabbing a shirt, pair of jeans, shower gel and towel before walking out on to the landing.
At the same time Jacob walked out of the main bathroom, and Connie walked out of their bedroom dressed in a blouse and black trousers whilst holding Tali.
"What are you doing?" Both Mason and Jacob asked Connie at the same time causing her to chuckle.
"I'm coming with you, just so the team can meet Tali. God you two are so alike" she laughed before heading downstairs.
Jacob smirked and went into the bedroom to get dressed whilst Mason went into the bathroom to shower.

Half an hour later they left the house, going outside to Jacob's car.
"Can you drive Mason?" Connie asked him.
"Yeah, passed a few months ago. Ain't got a car though" he replied.
She smirked and pulled another set of car keys from her bag, the keys for her Mercedes.
He laughed as she chucked the keys into his hands causing Jacob's jaw to drop.
"What are you doing?" Jacob asked.
"You'll be good for daddy won't you baby girl?" Connie cooed at Tali as she stroked her sleeping daughters forehead, before pecking Jacob's lips gently.
"Me and Mason will see you there" she laughed.
"Wha...you're... You're letting him drive? You never let me drive your car! It's your, and I quote, 'pride and joy, baby, true love'" Jacob said.

Connie laughed and opened the passenger side door, "see you at work muscles" she laughed.
"Hmm you better had Mrs Masters" he glared playfully.
Mason got in the car, still chuckling away at his parents antics then turned on the engine.
"You're really letting me drive your car?" he asked, just to be certain.
"Yeah, go ahead" Connie smiled.
He grinned and put his foot down, speeding out of the drive way leaving Jacob in awe.
Granted, he loved his car, his Audi A7 sportback, but it wasn't Connie's car.
"Do you not let dad drive your car at all?" Mason asked Connie.
"Anyone that reverses their two week old BMW into a wall does not get to drive my car" Connie replied.
"He really did that?" He laughed.
"Yeah, he blamed the car, reckons its longer than it looks, he was so glad to get rid of it" she said.

Mason pulled up outside he ED, making a very spectacular entrance, reving the engine and turning at speed into the designated parking space Connie had directed him too.
This of course attracted the attention of many of the staff, who as they got out of the car, wondered who the teenage boy driving Connie's car was.
"Do you think she decided she wanted a younger model and left Jacob to look after the baby?" Cal asked Robyn as they lent against the side of the building drinking coffee.
"Either that, or Charlie told us all the wrong gender for the baby and it grew up quick" Robyn replied.

Jacob then pulled into the parking space beside Connie, who opened the back door and lifted Tali out in her car seat.
"Good journey?" Jacob asked.
"Amazing" Mason replied.
Connie laughed and made her way inside, followed by Mason and Jacob, who was quickly pulled aside by cal.
"Who's that?" he asked.
"Why's it any of your business?" Jacob replied.
"Oh come on Jacob, you're always complaining that she never lets you drive her car then some random kid drives her to work? Who is it?" Cal asked.
"Dad, mum said to hurry your arse up or she'll make you change the comodes" Mason said as he stepped back out of the ED.
Jacob ignored the look of shock on Cal and Robyn's face and followed Mason back inside.
