Ryan awoke to find himself slumped down in a red rocking chair in the corner of a room that wasn't his.
A person stirred in the bed next to him.
Skye!
Suddenly Ryan remembered where he was and why.
The sun shone on her golden red hair and the way she scrunched up her nose as she dreamed made Ryan's stomach flutter and made him smile.
He slowly hesitated before stroking her golden red hair.
He slowly started making little plaits in her hair.
"you know I've been awake the whole time?"
Skye laughs at Ryan's surprise and sits up in her bed.
"I guess I'll see you at breakfast"
"sure"
Ryan smiles to himself as he leaves Skye's bedroom and heads downstairs.

I'm really sorry for not updating for the past couple of weeks...... months..... *cough cough* 5 months.
