I was still very much angry with Adam about the whole fiasco but I was still willing to give him a chance to make up for it. If he ever did anything like that again, I was going to leave him, or at least I would want to, though sense he has marked me, I felt a stronger pull to him and doubt I would be able to when the time came.

I just hope he wouldn't do that again because then he would be forcing me to do something I wouldn't want to do.

At the moment, I was just finishing up with a client. I was taking a few days away from Adam to process everything and just have time away. It was good for me and I was able to get a bunch of work done that I wasn't able to do before.

After they left, I decided to go on a ride with Storm. So I saddled him up and then we were off after telling my parents where I'll be even though I didn't have to.

Unconsciously, I realized we were heading toward Adam's house, or as he said, the pack house. But he lived there none the less and that's where I was heading. I wanted to go to him and see him, there was an unknown force wanting me to. It had been itching at me to go see him after the few days I've been away from him and now I was finally giving in. I figured it was the mate bond to the way he explained it at least.

I smiled at everything that I passed, thinking that the landscape was really pretty with the flowers decorating it along with all the bushes, moss, and trees surrounding me. I loved nature and would rather be doing things outside then anything inside. Which is why I'm always outside, and not just because I have to be.

A shadow moved up ahead suddenly and I squinted to see as if that would make me see it any better, which I didn't, so I just focused my eyes on instead. Thinking it was probably just part of my imagination, I started walking on up ahead, forgetting about it until I saw something else move. Now, I was really becoming suspicious. But I nudged Storm on anyways, starting to go faster, wanting to reach Adam before anything might happen.

I managed to go a few more minutes without any interruption when a net suddenly flew in front of me and knocked me off my horse, tumbling myself to the ground. "Storm!" I yelled when he reared up and galloped off in the direction of the pack house. I tried getting up to follow him but I was stuck down on the ground with a net covering me, the best I could do was get on my elbows. I screamed, kicked, and yelled to get out of there, hoping someone from Adam's pack could hear me but I was not lucky enough. I shut my mouth at the sound of a voice I heard.

"Well, well, well," the voice said and I saw the feet beside me, "look what we got here boys. A human girl, and not just that, one mated to a werewolf! It's our lucky day!"

It was then that I looked up into hard brown eyes. The person was pale and looked skinny. He was dressed up pretty well for being in the woods also. A ring of red surrounded the outside of the iris.

"Our boss is going to like her," another one commented but I couldn't see them.

The one in front of me nodded, "yes, he is."

"Let me go," I spoke out then, "please. I won't say anything. Just let me go!"

The guy laughed, "and why would we do that? You're going to make a lovely treat for a boss. Such a shame really, you're a really pretty thing, I wouldn't mind having you." He chuckled darkly and stuck his hand through the net and touched my cheek. I whimpered and moved my head away but he continued moving his hand, going to my neck. "You smell so sweet you know."

It was then I realized I had scratches all over myself and he moved his hand to my hip, dipping his fingers into a scratched and brought the blood up to his mouth and licked it. His eyes widened and sparkled, "and a virgin at that. The boss is definitely going to love you. Virgin blood is the best after all."

He then stood up and looked at his companions, "bag her up. We must bring her to the boss right away before any werewolves catch scent of her."

"No, please! Don-" I struggled but it was pointless because at that moment, a needle stuck in my arm and I was out like a light.

Well, yay! Next chapter! What'd ya'll think? I had the hardest time trying to think of something to do with this chapter and I just got back from my grandma's. I was staying there for the past week and hadn't had much time to update anything, though I did try. But I'm back and I figured to go ahead and go with the problem that was bugging the wolves. Is it good? And do you want Adam's point of view next? Or keep it Mia's? And don't forget to...
