12. Autumn Lee

*Autumn Lee POV*

It was so wierd being here. I left my best friend back in Australia. Sure he had 2 other friends but still. He was my best friend. Who knows what he's doing know. Well actually he's in a band with our two other friends and some curly headed dude. I cant help but always think of the day my life changed. It all happened with him making me go buy hairdye.

*Flashback*

I grabbed my black jacket and head out the door. What a great way to start this right? I was headed to target for the second time this day. Hopefully they wouldn't recognise me cause that would be awkward. I walked into the store and hit the hair dye section. Why hair dye? Well my stupid friend Michael wanted to dye his and my hair matching colors.

I didn't want to but I lost some stupid bet. He had specifically asked to get a light shade of purple to dye both of our hair.

As I headed into the hair dye section I noticed a boy maybe a year older then me. Probably around 16. He had bright red hair and he seemed to be looking in the blonde section. Maybe he was in some stupid bet to? I dont know but It doesn't matter.

I looked all through out the aisle until I finally found a nice shade of light purple.

"Um hey can you help me?" Asked the boy with bright red hair.

"Oh um yeah um yeah" I awkwardly responded.

" Can you help me find a box that makes my hair blonde again? Um like this wait" he asked as he took his phone out scrolling through it. After a few seconds he showed me a zoomed up picture of him with a browned haired girl with a few feathers in her hair. "Um like that shade?"

"Oh yeah that's my natural hair color, here this ones a great one I use it all the time when my friend dyes my hair. " I said this time not awkwardly and handed him a small box.

"Thanks um I hope the purple thing works out for you."

"What? Oh nevermind un thanks" I replied. I couldn't help notice his shirt. It was a bright orange and had a few letters printed in black. I couldn't read it the whole thing but there was also a Pegasus.

Could it be? No way. My favorite book series Percy Jackson and the Olympians had a charecters who went to a camp with shirts like those. Maybe he was just a fan! No way could he possibly be a demigod. They were fictional right?

Turns out my favorite book series wasn't fictional. They were real. Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, all of them were real. All of them. I knew them all. I had met them the day I ran into a monster and freaked out and ran. I ran to the only place I could. The only place I thought was safe. Camp Half Blood. How did I know the exact location I don't know but I just did. That day was the saddest day of my life. I left him all alone without an explanation. My mom knew about me being a demigod and she moved over to New York with me. However Michael, Luke and Calum never knew the real reason I left.

Yes I made a crossover of 3/4 of 5sos being friends with a demigod ;)
