Who's to judge? (Nick x judy fanfic)

SIGHT

It was Monday morning and Judy had to get prepared for work. Her awkward and creepy Friday night out with Owen still buried deep within her head. She had to see that freak. She thought about it, and it wasn't fair to call him that. She had been told that he was always shy and wasn't use to company, maybe that was it. Maybe he just didint know how to act normal or just plain be around animals. The thought eased Judys mind making her less tensed about having to see him.

But then she remembered

She remembered that eery look he gave her as she was leaving. His grin that was spread across his face along with his widened eyes that stared dead clear towards her. It sent shivers down her spine as she dressed into her police uniform. It couldn't have been real... She kept trying to convince herself that it was all her imagination.

She arrived at the ZPD on time like usual and noticed the look on clawhausers face.

"Hey clawhauser!" Judy said, trying to get his attention

"Judy! Didn't see you there" he giggled nervously "can I do something For you?"

"Actually yes! Would you like to tell me what's on your mind?" Judy said. Clawhauser let out a tiny sigh before he submitted and let out what had been sitting inside his head

"Well you know Owen right?" Judy nodded "he kind of came in earlier and wanted me to tell you that he's well.."

"Well?" Judy said anxiously

"That he's fallen in love with you"

The air around the two became heavier as the situation become instantly awkward. Clawhauser who was looking away had no idea what to do next and said

"Well you better get to rollcall am I right?" And with that Judy trotted off giving clawhauser a faint smile, she thanked him for what he had told her

She entered the bullpen, a few of the animals took a glance at her as she walked in. As usual the bigger animals were busy having their morning arm wrestling routines and the smaller ones on the other side of the room were either playing a game of cards or just gossiping. Oddly enough Owen wasn't in the room. She walked towards the chair both her and nick usually shared and sat down.

As chief Bogo entered the room, the animals performed their "ritual" on where they would continuously bang their paws, or hooves on the table

"Okay okay enough!" Bogo reluctantly said. He handed out The assigned assignments to each officer in the room stopping at Owens

"Where is officer Owen?" Bogo called out. He faced his head towards Judy

"I don't know sir" Judy called out

"Who cares" Bogo sighed, he finished off handing out assignments eventually handing out Judys which was filing paperwork on her computer in her office... Again

"Chief! Can't I take something else, that job is sooooooo boring!" Judy complained

"You can go out on patrol if that sounds better" he said, not looking at Judy

Yes

"Yes!!" Judy wooed as if she had won something. She would take any job that didn't include doing paperwork or sitting in her office. At least she would be outside
