The demon stood in front of his bedroom mirror, having gone home to clean himself up before the real spectacle of the night took place. He was staring at his reflection and loving the power he displayed. He was so close to accomplishing his devious plot, just a few more sacrifices and he would be unstoppable. The demonic spirit smirked and prepared to leave his house so he could meet Halsey in the woods. He gave her until tonight to bring the sacrifices that he needed.

"You know, Ashley was right," A familiar voice spoke in the demon's ear. He looked closely in the mirror to see the actual Patrick staring back at him. The demon used this trick on his victim months ago, but now the tables were turned. "Now that Kenya's back, there's no chance of you succeeding in whatever it is that you're planning." Patrick crossed his arms towards his possessor.

"One little wolf isn't going to change the plans I have for this town," The demon declared while glaring at the vampire trapped behind the reflective glass.

"Little? Ha!" Patrick laughed. "You're hilarious. But you don't know Kenya like I do. She and her pack practically own this town, and the little games you were playing aren't going to be forgotten," He conveyed while stepping over to the reflected bed and sitting on it, "Kenya doesn't take too kindly to people who threaten New Orleans, and she's going to do whatever she needs to to stop you, so you should just give up now." Patrick knew that, with the demon still in command of his body, and if Kenya decided to kill the demon posing as him, he would most likely share the same fatal fate as the demon. He needed to get him to change his mind.

"You're pathetic," The demon spat, "More than that, you're ungrateful. Look at all the things I've accomplished for you, and for your friends. Are you willing to give up all up?"

"You haven't done a damn thing for me!" Patrick argued, "All you've done is left a trail of bodies for the humans to discover. The only thing you've 'accomplished' is getting us closer to being killed. If you keep it up, it won't be long before she decides to end us both."

The demon scoffed before looking at his watch on his wrist and seeing that he was running late. He needed to go meet Halsey to finish the preparation for the sacrifices. "It's good to know you still have faith in me, Patrick, but I don't need your advice. I'm going to put an end to everything real soon, and when I'm done, there won't be a pack to deal with. Nothing will get in my way," The demonic force proclaimed, ignoring to mention that the rest of his plan meant getting rid of Rachael, Pete, Andy, Joe, and Patrick of course.

Patrick jumped up from the bed and rushed up to the mirror, pressing his hands against the glass and watching as the demon strode over to the door. "You can't do this! Please, it's not going to end well for us!"

The demon stopped in his tracks and heaved an annoyed sigh. He walked back over to the reflective piece of glass, folding his arms over his chest. "Don't you get it yet, Patrick? This is why I'm doing this - because you won't."

"You're doing this because I know what's going to happen!" He yelled.

"You think you know what's going to happen, but you don't know. And if I get sent back to hell - which I doubt will happen - at least I'll go trying, unlike you who just sat around, tending to that witch's every want and need and neglecting your own. And for what? For her to leave you and go back to that fucking idiot?"

"I wasn't the one who made her leave, you were. This isn't about her, anyways, none of this was." The real Patrick could tell that there was something more. "What is it about?"

"It's about me fulfilling your darkest desires; I would hope that you'd trust me like you did before."

"Yeah, and that was my mistake, putting my trust in a demon and giving you control over my body," The trapped vampire growled.

"Patrick, you're fighting the wrong person here," The demon tried to assure him, "I'm making your wishes come true. You shouldn't be fighting me, you should be thanking me."

"Bullshit!" The vampire screamed and the demon, for once, flinched, "Whatever it is you're planning on doing, I'm not going to let it happen anymore."

"See? This is why I'm in control, Patrick, because you're irrational and can't think clearly." The demon walked up to the reflective surface, an evil smirk making its way onto his face while he lightly knocked on the glass. "No wonder you're in there and I'm out here." The vampire punched the glass angrily, anger boiling inside of him because the demon was right - he was trapped. The corner of his lip perked up and he took a step back, slipping his hands into his pockets, "Well, Patrick, it was good talking to you. I hope you now fully understand why I'm doing what I'm doing. But I must be on my way, you see, because I'm running late for a little meeting with - oh right - your daughter." And with that, the demon turned on his heel and stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind him and abandoning Patrick in the reversed reality contained inside of the mirror.

Patrick shook his head, knowing that there was more to this creature, and that all of his intentions were false. He had to get back his body.

Stars were beginning to align in the favor of his possessor, time was running out, and Patrick knew it wouldn't be long before the demon would turn on him and want to delete the vampire from his own life.
